Great Tech service

I am still waiting for the technition to return to redo my stairs that paid $60.00 for and they still look dirty

As usual, the service was great! The fact that we have had the same tech for multiple years makes the process super easy!

We had our carpet cleaned on Saturday and looking at the hall today( Sunday ) it is still not clean. Your tech was only here a very short time unlike the tech who did our cleaning we had done in October.

I did call this morning to have someone call me.

The pre treatment and the protectant price was way more then we expected....Quoted price was $225 final bill ended up at $700, lots of extra fees. I hope the protectant really lasts 10 years.

The employee worked very hard. I was not happy about the price on cleaning the shower. Also I scheduled before Halloween to get fourth room free which never happened

They do a thorough job of cleaning and it doesn’t soil quickly afterwards because products are not left in your carpet. They come back free of charge if you are ever not satisfied.

The speed, the quality of work, and the price.

Technicians listen to me. When I ask them to stay away from the wood furniture and baseboards so excess water is not soaked up into the wood, they are amenable. They also ask questions to clarify my instructions.

The 8 score means that the tech arrived during the prescribed time. He (I think Mitch) was courteous and helpful in determining the extent of work to be done. The carpet looks very good. I'm, not sure what could've been done much better workwise. I guess it would've been a perfect 10 score if the tech (no offense to Mitch) we requested would've come to do the work. We weren't expecting any special treatment beyond that.

They arrived on time. Did a great job cleaning my sofas.

The price ended up being double the original quote. I did feel like the carpets were cleaned well and the costs were discussed prior to the work being done. I feel like the pet treatments are way overpriced

I don’t know if it is the type of carpet or rug, but i guess I expected it to look/feel better. It did look better the 2nd time.

I have always liked how my carpets look after you clean them and how well they stay clean. This last visit my technician was outstanding. His name was James. I will ask for him every time. He was quite, very respectful, and went out of his way to make me very happy with his work.

Drew was supper careful, clean and polite. He did a great job on some very stubborn pet stains. He did not rush and got things nice and clean.
