Usually, Zerorez is great. This time the carpets were left wetter than normal, but the carpets look pretty good. The main reason for the 6 is the Zerorez van left an oil spot on our driveway. (I assume it's oil. Might be transmission fluid or something. Whatever it is, it left a stain.)
Our tech was so good. He was efficient, but worked hard to get our carpets clean. They look great. I will always wish it didn't cost quite so much.
Soiled spots in front of chairs were not clean enough. I wiped them with a cloth because the looked darker. The cloth was dirty

First impression is huge to me. First initial call into customer service was not great. Morgan was not very friendly or welcoming.

I wish there was a more specific time frame to choose from. other than that the technician was professional and our carpets are cleaned and dried in a good amount of time.
Our carpets don't look like they've been cleaned. The tech said frize' carpets don't clean up well. Very disappointing.
Fast, easy, and I was wowed by the results! I had tried to clean our furniture and it left terrible rings on our ottoman and arms of the chair. Zerorez got them out, and our furniture looks like new again!

The products that was used to clean my mattress and a small area of carpet, most definitely came clean, and dried quickly. My older brother recommended zerorez and so I thought I would try them and I'm glad I did I would also recommend them.

Have used Zerorez several times and really liked it, all but two times ago. This newest worker, Johnny, did a wonderful job. The time before, who ever it was, did not do a really good job, for me or my neighbor.
