Super fast, simple, and CLEAN!
Our technician did an amazing job. He was very professional and a hard worker. We had a lot of carpet to clean and he was great! Other companies have left my carpet soaking wet but not zerorez! I love that you don’t use soap that only makes your carpet more dirty.
Our technician was so professional, really great. My concern and confusion is that after he left I rubbed a white towel in some of the rug that had been cleaned and it came up dirty. Then I rubbed it in several of the carpet areas and got the same result in each room. I understand if drains won’t come out but is there supposed to be dirt still in the carpet?
There has been an awful smell to our carpets that wasn't here before after they were cleaned. There were a few spots that I was really hoping to get out which is why I wanted the carpets cleaned but the spots are still there.

I loved the clean smell- the fact that when I walked into my house the next day, I did not smell a thing! No lingering food odors or anything! It was great! The huge filters of my home- aka- carpet- was sparkling clean!!!
