Get the carpets really clean, no soap, nothing left in carpet...and my tile area is beautiful also

The technician was only here for about an hour and half for a $215 job so I'm not sure how good of a job he did One room needs to.be recleaned . I have a large oil spot in my driveway and I found a broken sprinkler head where the van was parked
My carpets look and feel great! I especially liked my technician Matt. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly.

The one spot that I thought would come out for sure still had part of it there. Angelo was great and we couldn't see the spot when it was wet but when it dried it was there. Kind of frustrating.
Extremely expensive. I was told that pet treatment would be $75 a gallon, never told HOW MANY gallons would be used. I was given a total bill of $1322.00 at the end of the service to pay in full.
The total price should have been told to me prior to completing the service to ensure I was okay with the final cost. For the record, I am not okay with the $122.00 carpet cleaning + $75 pet treatment jumping to cost entire 2 week paycheck.
My carpets were "cleaned" Thursday Nov 8th from 2pm - 2:45pm.
I called around 4pm same day, waited on hold for 11 min 48 sec and was prompted to leave a message which I did, leaving my name, phone number and explaining how some areas of my carpet were no better than before the cleaning as Colton seemed like he is paid by the job and was in a big hurry to finish and "move onto the next one". I had "3" rooms + stairs to clean and he was done in 45 minutes from ring of doorbell to leaving with hoses. I paid my $168 and I had to stop him and ask how long before we could put the furniture back. He said: "Oh, 8-10 hours".
He would not have said anything as I assure you he was only interested in moving on. He tried to clean my stairs and they were so soaking wet that at Saturday 4pm - TWO DAYS LATER - they were still damp. Now I had Zerorez clean my carpets on Friday Dec 4th, 2015. I was so shocked how good the carpet and stairs came out that I videoed the stairs being cleaned and a section of one room. What I noticed in 2015 was there was lots of steam coming out of the carpets as the technician cleaned them. There was also steam coming out of the cleaner as he pulled back to clean the floor in the one room I videoed. Then I realized that I never saw any steam last Thursday. I also noticed how slow the technician pulled each stroke as he cleaned a swipe at a time. Colton pulled so fast as to just catch the water. He pulled back and forth a few times on dirtier spots then moved on. In 2015 the technician pulled slowly and went over the dark spots again slowly each time.
I believe that is why my carpets were not as clean this time as in 2015 and why my stairs were soaking wet and damp for more than two days. Sunday morning I felt the stairs and they finally seemed like what my 2015 stairs felt like after 8 hours in 2015 - pretty dry to the touch.
My final disappointment is you not living up to your email:

I did call, I did wait, finally the prompt said to leave a message after 11 min 48 sec as I looked at my iPhone to see how long I had waited. When I left my name and cell number I thought I would at least receive a call back as your hours said you're open until 7pm. Nothing on Thursday. Friday all day and nothing again even Saturday in case you do those things on Saturday and still nothing.
So now you have my reasons for ultimate dissatisfaction when in 2015 I was "WOW" ed and so impressed I couldn't stop talking about my carpets to all company we had for the holidays. In 2015 it was a "10" experience. Three years later - a "ZERO" experience but not the kind of zero experience I expected from Zerorez.

ZeroRez does the very best job getting our 20 year old carpets looking like brand new. We’ve used other companies and they just don’t clean as well. Life long ZeroRez fans!

My traffic areas did not come out as clean as they usually do. When I spend $414 on only the upstairs, I would expect to be pleased. I believe you charge too much. The reason why I scheduled with you in the first place is because a technician told me Zerorez would be able to take out a spot I have that I had given up on. He is evidently not with your company anymore. Dante, the technician who cleaned our carpet this time did everything he possibly could to remove the stain, without success. I have no problem with him. I simply am used to being satisfied with the rest of my carpet.
