Fast drying
Carpets feel so clean and fresh afterward!
On time, personable rep, did a good job, price was good too.
The first time I had it done, it was not done well. So I filled this out and said I would not recommend zerorez and I wouldn’t use them again. Zerorez called and made it easy to schedule another cleaning to fix it. I appreciated that because I was too busy to fix the problem. I had spent a lot of money on tile and carpet cleaning and both areas were not done well. Then they had another person come redo the cleaning and he was phenomenal! He redid anything we weren’t happy with and he did it really well. The first cleaning made me think zerorez products aren’t strong enough and it doesn’t clean well, then I realized it depends on the person. (Now I cant remember the name of the second guy, I think it was Paulo maybe he goes by Pete?)
So if I could have him and recommend him, I would tell everyone.

Clean, Clean and Clean!! Always do a wonderful job for us! Purchased new carpet a little over a year ago and I will only trust Zerorez....our previous carpet lasted 12 years with their help. They are self contained, protect our wall corners and employees wear protection on their shoes. Very kind, caring and respectful doing a great job every time!!

I was very pleased with how my carpets look after they were cleaned. The technician was very kind and did a great job cleaning my carpets.
Zerorez technician arrived at scheduled time. He explained what he was going to do and answered my questions.
Everything looks good, but unfortunately he missed a small space. I hate to have him come back for that. It looks very good and he was very accommodating, he had time to clean the stairs. I would highly recommend Zerorez. Thanks

My service technician was the best! I have used "another" company since buying my home new years ago, and they have not looked after a clean. I will definitely use Zerorez again .... well worth the $$$.
I had a tech come to clean the carpets and felt they just didn’t get clean. I called to complain and a second tech was scheduled to clean the carpets. Come to find out the first tech was new. The second tech was very experienced. I felt duped by Zerorez! When I called to complain they made it seem normal that my carpets would be ‘dirty’. I had be very firm to schedule a second time cleaning AND on a Saturday. Then to find out the second tech had recleaned several other homes that the first tech had done. Next time be honest. Just say the first tech was new and send out a second one to redo the carpets and don’t hassle me that the redo can’t be scheduled on a Saturday they are only done on a weekday. Now.... Peter the second tech who came out was marvelous!!! He put on booties, cones on the corner walls, and gave some great carpet tips. So pleasant and easy to work with. If I decide to use Zerorez again, I am specifically going to ask for him. AND yes I’ll throw a fit to get him or the most seasoned tech. ;) I’m happy with the job that Peter did!!! Unhappy the way Zerorez treated the complaint and the scheduling of the redo. I’m on the fence of using and referring Zerorez. Thank you.
