Over the phone I was quoted $183 for a cleaning. That was fine and I recognized it was a quote and the amount would be more specific on site. I did not expect Peter, our service tech, to not listen though. I asked for two rooms to receive the pet treatment, he did four. There is a discount for a single room with food donation. I spoke to Peter about it twice and he still tried to charge me for the room. The third time I spoke of it, he did something about it. He persisted for the duration of the service to tell me how my house smelled sour because of pets. Thirty people have been through my home in the last week, and even before the cleaning, they were asked about the smell of the home. None could confirm Peter's assessment. It looks like a nice sales tool.

Peter has a great personality and is an artistic salesman. I would not recommend him or the company though. I value straight forward communications and I don't feel I experienced that. I knew the price was higher than I wanted it, but I also know I have to pay for the work done, even if it was not what was requested.

The cleaning agent arrived on time and inspected the home with us. When pet stains were found he worked with us so we understood the charges and did his best to make sure we agreed to any additional work he thought would be needed.

Everything~! This is the third time I have used Zerorez, I love how my carpets look and feel and it smells good too. This time I had them clean my recliner chair. It looks brand new~!! The products are also pet friendly. I don't have to worry about my cat cleaning his paws after walking on the carpets. Thanks so much~!!

Carpet stayed wet in many areas for nearly 24 hours. The cleaners came two hours earlier than scheduled. Nearly $300 for 3 rooms and some hallways. I'm pretty certain I could get better service (better water uptake & more thorough) and a better price by going with a different company next time.
