There was a mix up on the date of our service and Zerorez was awesome to have someone come the day we thought was planned within 45 minutes of realizing the mistake. The carpet was quickly and fantastically cleaned. we will definitely use Zerorez again.
CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. JACOB WAS right on time for arrival and explained everything he needed to do. We had a pet urine problem which he showed us with his blue light. He let us know he would have to use more solvent. He got busy and worked hard to get it smelling good and the carpet looks really good now. He was through and gave us good information on how to handle future problems.
We feel good about how our carpet looks after you get through. You technicians are good at what they do and friendly. Your services are as "breathe of fresh air" in the world of carpet cleaning.

The young man was great, but the dirty spots were still visible and I thought the walk ways should show less walk way.
Even though you only cleaned half of two rooms I was still charged for a very short hallway leading into one of those rooms.
Zerorez is the only game in town for completely chemical-free carpet cleaning. With a wife with sever chemical allergies, Zerorez is a godsend.

Chad, the technician, was very punctual, personable, professional and efficient. He explained the cleaning process and the payment details. He did an excellent job.
Our technician was kind so I dont want to get him in trouble, but I am not pleased. I have high traffic areas- he immediately let me know he can't get those as clean as my carpet under the couch. I know that, but I was hoping he would make an extra pass over the high traffic areas- and pay extra attention to the high traffic areas- and try to make them look better. He didn't at all.
When he saw the size of one room he immediately told me that is going to be the price of two rooms, when he didn't even look at the other rooms and realize they were super small and furntire wasn't even moved and it was just walkways. I feel like he could of given me the footage of the three rooms combined for the price of three rooms not at four room price.
I had a super tiny hallway, I asked him if he would be willing to get extra little spots around the house to make up for the total cost of the hallway. He did willingly but again made no extra effort to do any spots he saw on his own, I had to point everything out and I would of appreciated him to go over a little two foot by two foot area at the bottom of the stairs that is gross. But I didn't ask and he didn't do it.
I told him my child dropped a dozen eggs down the stairs and some spots are crunchy. They are STILL crunchy. He didn't try to get them out. Also the stairs were still damp after 31 hours. There is also a brown spot on my stairs that wasn't there before he came and cleaned.
He washed a white upholstered chair. It still looks dirty. Last time when you guys cleaned it it looked amazing. This time, not amazing.
He cleaned up all his hoses and corner protectors and then asked me to look around and see if there was anything else. I didn't dare complain about anything because he would then have to pull everything back out and he was packed up ready to go.
My son has broke his ankle and has a boot he has to wear. I asked your technician if we could have some booties for his boot because I don't want him to get my carpets gross after he cleans them. He did give me some booties. I appreciated it.
I told my husband before you guys came that I was hoping you guys would do the little extra spots. My husband said you better or we'll go with someone else next time. I went with you guys this time because I've had you in the past and you took care of me. This time I don't feel like you took care me. It's taken me a couple nights sleep to send this because I don't want to cause problems. But being the customer you asked and so I'm telling you.

To make it right. . . . Either come fix my carpets (which doesn't excited me because we just waited for everything to dry and move everything back), or give me a future gift certificate of my total cost or give me my money back.
