The gentleman that came to clean our carpets was courteous and careful of our belongings. The carpets and upholstery came very clean and we were excited that no residue meant they wouldn’t attract dirt. The cost was very reasonable.
Love you service. Professional and hard working staff. They do a great job and carpets dry quickly after finished. I always get the protectant. Really makes them easy to clean the next time and everything comes out looking like new again.

There were a few stains/spots that they didn’t get along the edges of the carpet. :( They ask you how it looks when it’s wet and you can’t walk on it yet to look around, so there’s now way to really know until it dries if they got it all.

I feel that my home was easier than quoted and he was in and out really fast because of the prep I had done and there was no adjustment to the invoice. The carpets look nice.

Carpets look nice and clean
My dresser was damaged by a stain from a cleaning bottle detergent, my bill was way over the estimate, and my carpet feels like crunchy cheetos. Hopefully I'll be hearing soon from a representative that's supposed to come out. HUGE inconvenience and cost.

The scheduling was a NIGHTMARE!! I was told 2 different times one of which is not in the time frame I chose and then you guys called 3 hours too early to come. I was still at work so I talked to a manager who didn’t even offer a resolution. I figured out a way to have someone come let them in as I couldn’t reschedule and demanded a discount (which should of been offered I feel like for my inconvenience). I also do not feel like my stairs or hallway got that clean.
Daniel was your representative in our home for Zerorez. He was very professional, kind, willing to work with out problems, punctual, appreciative and helpful. He knew exactly how he wanted to work with the problems we presented to him. We were surprised at how quickly the work began and was then completed. We had done all the preparation Zerorez asked of us and welcomed Daniel when he arrived. It is important to do your part of the preparation.
The price of the work was very acceptable to us.
We appreciate the very good outcome and solution to our problems.

Your technician Eric Johnson did an excellent job. I like the new brush system he used, really pulled up the dust in the carpet!
Service was great. Cleaning guys were nice, and my carpet looks awesome. The only complaint I have is that I picked a time slot that was supposed to be between 4-8pm. Then when someone called me to confirm my appointment, she said they would be calling me between 11:45 - 12:15 the next day to let me know approximately when the guys would arrive. Well, the next day, Saturday morning, they showed up at my house at 10 am (and I never did receive a phone call except from the guy telling me he was at my front door). I was not prepared for them yet thinking I still had at least a couple hours to get my kids toys picked up and the house vacuumed. While they were nice and did a great job, I did not appreciate them showing up at an unexpected time.
I have always used Zerorez to clean my carpets. In the past they have done a great job paying attention to detail.
This last time the tech seemed to get done much quicker than in the past and my carpets we’re soaking wet for a day and a half
I opted to have a very expensive protectorant. I was not told I shouldn’t stay in my house. I went to bed with a bad headache and both my husband and I woke with sore throats and burning like in our noses. I haven’t felt good all day today although I was pleased with the work I would never have done the protectirant had I known it would make me so sick👎
The person who came to clean our carpets, Jacob I believe, was awesome! He was very easy to talk to, explained everything very well and was quick and efficient! He made the service great!
