Even when it was re-cleansed it didn’t feel very clean to me.
My carpet always looks perfect when I use Zerorez. The technicians are all very careful to do quality work. Best of all, my carpet isn't being ruined with soap and it stays clean much longer.

Carpets looked great after pet stain removal and cleaning. The employee have me good advice on a variety of cleaning tips to use for future stains and prevention.
I was not impressed. Sections that weren't that dirty to begin with weren't clean thoroughly. Spots that should have easily come up, didn't. I had to ask the tech to clean the area where the tile met the carpet because he didn't even try at first. I also paid extra money for a room that had pet stains & to be honest, they look worse. I'd love a certificate for another cleaning honestly, because I do not feel like I got my money's worth. I've done a better job on my own with a rental!

There have been several times when I was scheduled for a day and then didn’t hear back about what time someone was coming... then no one ever came. It’s annoying to move furniture and plan to be home and then not get it done.
