1st couple of times I loved the service carpets were amazing. Not so much this time my stairs are still wet its been 2 days. For the price I paid I wish I went with someone else.
I had my front room and stairs cleaned and my carpets don’t look any cleaner. I even paid $60 extra for spot treatment on spots that I feel should have come out. The cleaner wasn’t even at my house for 40 minutes and was 30 minutes early. I guess he had some where to be after work and was rushing to get done. To make it right you could send someone else out to really clean this time or give me my $200 back.
I had it done last year by a different company and they left stripes in the carpet!!
that was terrible so I’ve used you twice now and I’m very happy
The cleaners had only been at the job for 20 min and had to go empty the dirty water tank from the last job and then return. Job took longer because of not being prepared

Easy to schedule - polite and clean technicians
A young man named Nate cleaned our carpets and our laundry room floor tile.
After the cleaning, the carpets look brand new and the tile is back to being white with white grout. Which had many black spots. The tile also now looks brand new. I don’t know how he did it. He’s a miracle worker.
Best job I’ve ever had and I’m a long time Zero Rez customer. I’ve always been pleased with my results but they seem to be getting better and better. Customer for life
PAY MORE ATTENTION TO DARK AREAS
How clean the carpet is with no soppy residue.
Our carpet is getting older but we noticed not all hairball spots came out. Kind of strange as they always have in the past. Our technician appeared to do a good job so kind of a mystery.
No residue, fairly quick drying, courteous technician.
Th Carpets and furniture that were cleaned looked the same after as they did before you came. I was extremely disappointed. I guess zero res means you don't use any soap or cleaner.
John was on time and very courteous. He did a great job. Very happy with the results of the cleaning of the two rooms and the stairs.

My technician let me know he was "on his way" and arrived on time.
He was courteous and explained the process before he began.
He did a thorough job. My carpets look great!
The tech was friendly but seemed to move pretty quickly. The carpet dried quickly, which I appreciate, but I thought it would look and smell cleaner and fresher. It didn’t seem to make much difference, even though it hasn’t been cleaned for a while. I think the technician should’ve worn some foot covers or other shoe protection as he worked.

The technician was great. The cost for stairs higher than competitors by 25$. The cost for rug the same. C oh st for chairs also 20$ chair higher.

I was please with work done on my carpets. I was NOT pleased with the cost. I was quoted $167 over the phone for 3 areas (living room, fam. rm. & hallway).
---My bill included a $25 service charge that was never discussed,
---and an additional charge bc my living room equaled 2 rooms according to my tech.
---There was also a $60 charge for pet urine removal (that had been discussed).
---I was given a discount for a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER.
I can't find my receipt right now, but my final bill was approximately $100 extra! I don't understand why I paid so much! Also, I've seen an ad that you run: 3 rooms for $99 + 4th room free. My bill wasn't even close to that!
My carpets look amazing, like new! The technician was professional and helpful.
