Arrived on time. Very professional. My carpets looked great. The worker was very knowledgeable.

I really like that no chemicals were used and it dried fairly fast. He was respectful of his surroundings. I will definitely use you again.

It appears cleaner but I was disappointed in the feel of the carpet. It is very stiff/hard. And it shows every footstep. Before it was cleaned it was soft and you didn't see every footprint.
I was very pleased with Zerorez. The technician came on time, told me what it was going to cost and then went to work to clean my carpets. They look so much better. Thank you Zerorez.

Fresh smell without all the perfumes and chemicals. And I liked how the worker got all the edges clean on my stairs!

Didn’t work the carpets enough and were finished way too quickly. Came back and redid but having to reschedule after spending that much money was not worth it to me

I have always used zerorez and been happy with it, but this last cleaning my living room looks awful. There are noticable clean spots, and other spots that look untouched. I was quite disappointed with the job done.
Colton was such a sweetheart and a darling young man, (very polite and kind), but he wasn’t very thorough. My carpet is brown, so I think because he couldn’t see visible stains, he was very fast. But it still feels dirty. And I told him to be pretty thorough in the walkways that get the most traffic, but he wasn’t. I can still see a few dark marks. He didn’t take any extra care at all. Overall, I am disappointed. My carpets don’t look or feel any better, and we dealt with not having any furniture for two days for nothing. Granted, my carpet is low quality, and not in the best shape anyway, but I had hoped this would help put a Band-Aid on it, and it didn’t. Maybe my disappointment is misdirected.
