I loved the professionalism shown from the original phone call on through to the scheduling follow through to the final excellent service with the onsite service.
The guys were great, but I believe the math was done incorrectly on a rug I had cleaned, which meant I was charged $45 instead of $35. That's an almost 30% markup.

The technicians were very friendly and they kept me informed on their arrival time. My very old carpet looks new and rejuvenated and it dried completely by the next morning.

We can trust that our carpet will be clean
Our carpet man came on time and we think the carpets look terrific. The drying time wasn't too long for a very snowy and cold day. About ten hours. We will definitely call you again.

The only complaint I have is that there was a lot of water left in the carpet at the edge of the dining room. So I had to use old towels to soak it up.

I liked that your product doesn't leave a film on the carpet. I liked that the workers were fast. It was kind of disconcerting that they left the door wide open all the time they were here and it was freezing outside, but I realize that they had to have it open for the big hose to come in the house. I thought that maybe they could have closed it a little bit and just left room for the hose. But nevertheless they were fast and efficient and wore shoe covers.
