Our carpet looks great!! We just moved in a few months ago and planned to change out the carpet. Well, other things took precedence, so we decided to have them cleaned for now. We really didn’t expect much. But surprisingly, they look amazing. They were even able to get some ugly stains out. I will definitely be using their services again and recommending them to everyone we know. Thanks!!

The traffic areas in the carpet look exactly the same after being “cleaned”
You guys are thoughtful. You guys use those orange protectors to protect the corners of my walls from rubbing against the tube, and you use shoe covers so as not to track in dirt which I love.
I thought the tech was very professional. He actually stayed ad did an additional rug for me. Super Impressed!

I have always had good service from the technicians who have cleaned my carpets. They have been courteous, thorough, and mindful of particular issues that may need addressed.

Our rug was not cleaned. We were told if we brought it into the shop it would be a deeper and more efficient cleaning, but it wasn’t. It honestly didn’t look better at all. I would like a refund.
Everything was great from the booking, reservation system, service and the final product. Our carpets and chairs look great, and they were dirty. We live in a dusty area and have large dogs. Conrad was our service tech the last two times. He was great to work with. I will highly recommend zerorez to anyone!
I did not receive a call 24 to 48 hours before service. I called the morning of the appointment,
and the ZeroRez representative had a little difficulty finding my information. This may have been because my daughter made the initial appointment for us. But she said she did not receive a call a day or two before the appointment either. It all worked out OK, but we had a busy Saturday, and it would have been helpful to have known further in advance re: when the cleaning appointment was to have been scheduled.
Alll in all, a good job with a cheerful and very dedicated carpet cleaning professional. Just a minor glitch.

The technicians were great, very through and efficient.
The technician was perfect. Professional, knowledgable, fast and detailed. However, I found that the carpets (even with fans on them) were wet for 12-18 hours after he was done. That is a bit longer than I had expected.
The carpet and tile looks great, the tough stains came out of the carpet. The carpet technician was a good/hard worker and very knowledgeable.
Please make the window of time I have to wait for the tech a bit shorter. 4 hours is a bit long to wait.
Van was very thorough. He went out of his way to protect corners, pre-treat problem areas, spend extra time on tough dirty spots, explain everything, and even went back and hand cleaned some edges on my basement stairs that the cleaning nozzle couldn't reach. He offered me booties to wear while the carpet dried.
