Carpets look and feel clean. The tech took his time to discuss what was wanted and needed. I was also informed of other services Zerorez provides.

A notable improvement we observed with Zerorez is there is much less moisture left in the carpet. Previously, it took days for the carpet to completely dry (and shrink). Now it was dry by the end of the day.
