The gentlement did not explain the billing for disposing the water in advance. It was only $10 (I think) but it would've still been appreciated.

It was done fast and effective. However, the price was a bit higher than quoted.
They keep you updated ! Which is SO nice! Courteous and professional, Eric even put bumper guards on the corners so the hose wouldn't mark or damage my walls!

Very thorough and took time to really clean. Went over some stubborn areas twice. Very friendly and professional. Made sure I was happy with things before he left.
I had to point out clearly visible spots and ask him to go over them again and they came up. I wish he would have made the effort with the spots. I did appreciate him getting them out when I asked. The main disappointment is I have a distinct clean line right in the middle of my great room. I was going to call and talk to someone but got this and decided to respond. Believe me I know how bad my carpets were, but to have a distinct line that's just odd. I took a picture if you would like to see. Thankyou, First name removed
