The tech did a good job and was very personable and listened to our concerns.
I thought the man did a pretty good job. There were a few pet urine spots on the carpet that I am not satisfied with him getting out. Also there were 2 spots on my furniture he tried to get out and it slighly discolored them? please contact me.

This is the second time we have used zerorez.
Both times the technician was great. But each time we were left with big stains. The first time it took 3 return visits to get it out. But when done it looked great.
This time same problem but much ... Much worse.
We need u to please come back ASAP.

These men came in and out of my house with booties on every time. The leader talked to me about my carpet types and how to care for them. They were so thorough and professional. I will ask for this team every time I use Zerorez. Exceptional!

I called on short notice and they got someone out. Two young men showed up next day on time and very impressive lads. My carpets were not pretty to say the least, pets you know. They said that to do it right they would have to do extra treatment. I said no problem, I just want it right! The next day when I got home from work the house odor was so bad I couldn't stand it, and the yellow spots were brighter than ever, it looked terrible. I wiped my finger across the yellow spots and they were all slimy. I pulled out my wife's $300 Bissell and went back over the entire area. I couldn't believe all the yellow and dirt that came up. Carpet looks as good as can be expected for being old. Next time I'll save the money and just do it myself.
The communication from the company was excellent and the representative who came to the house with the service was extremely cordial, responsive, and personable.

According to the number of rooms and hallways and stairs, I was expecting that it would cost about $300 to clean my carpets. But it ended up costing almost $500. There was a $90 charge to apply a protectant or shield that they said was worn off. Huh? And then it was more to remove pet urine. In fact, after showing me all the pet urine with a black light, the guy said that to REALLY get it clean 100% it would cost over $800!!! WHAT?!?! The room is about 20x10 and I could have replaced the carpet in that room TWICE for what he was asking me to pay. While I didn't get sucked in by that, I did end up paying $50+ to have the areas treated that had urine. Also, I had 2 rugs "cleaned" ($40 each) but when my husband came home and saw one of the rugs he said "Oh, did you decide not to have them clean that rug?" He honestly couldn't tell that they had cleaned it. The guy said that they wouldn't be able to get it all the way clean, but it really still looks really bad. He said the fibers had "been damaged" and that's why they were darker. Huh? I looked at the other rug after they left and I picked up several pieces of lint, tons of hair and even bits of paper that were still on the rug! If they don't get those cleaned up, how am I supposed to have confidence that they're getting the "deep dirt?" I really will not use your company again. Also, they told me that the upstairs would dry in 4-6 hours and the downstairs in 10-12 hours. But 12 hours later, the upstairs was still damp. I hope they didn't leave so much water in my carpet that it's going to mold. Not satisfied, and it cost me $500!
After the gentleman left my husband was upset because he said our little rug doctor did a better job than what your company did.
