Friendly technicians who did a great job on my carpets
The staff was very friendly, and the servuce very professional. My carpets looked like new adter they finished cleaning them. I am a happy customer and I will have them come again.

I waited 4 hours for someone to come. I would like a person to be at my home when I make an appointment time. When you sent someone else he came and did a great job. The best I have ever had. The gentleman was great. Cleanest I have ever had. Just need to wo;rk on your appointment system.

They were quick and efficiently. They did a great job. One time the tech didn’t go into the door frames with the cleaner almost like he wanted to cut corners. But this time they went all the way into all the door frames of the rooms that I wasn’t having cleaned.
The service and effort on the part of your technicians has been excellent. I can see and feel the difference in your product.

The technician was wonderful to work with. He asked about my sealing the grout and then told me it was one of the services they provide. What would have taken me an hour or more, was done in just a short amount of time.
This same technician told me they could spray a protector on my carpet. Since I never had it cleaned the factory protector would come off in the cleaning but they could put it back on. We did.
They did a great job and I will use them again!!
Fast easy and did an excellent job
My carpet looked the same. All the spots were still there until I asked the tech if I could use the spray and scrub some of them out myself. After an hour on my hands and knees, the tech said he would have a manager call me and left. The manager called me within the hour. I wasn’t able to answer but called right back. She was on a call and whoever I talked to said she would call me back and I still haven’t heard from her. Not only disappointed in the carpet cleaning, but also the technician and now the customer service. Awful experience.
The technician was right on time, did a great job and was very personable. I really enjoyed the experience.
