I've used zerores a few times. This past week I had a tech named Braden. He was so exceptional. He was very thorough. He cared about doing an excellent job. Other times I've used zerores I felt the techs rushed through the cleaning and I didn't get very clean carpets.

So hire more techs like Braden.

I was surprised that we were charged the full $120 to clean our couch when the technician only cleaned half of the couch. the person who scheduled our visit indicated that there would be a price reduction if the complete couch was not cleaned.

He listened, was honest, worked hard, was clean and respectful of my home, interacted with my kids that wouldn’t leave him alone, and did a thorough job. He was great! That alone will make me a repeat customer. I love that Zerorez leaves the carpet feeling clean and not crunchy like other services do.

Zerorez does an amazing job! They were able to remove old stains that had been previously "cleaned" by other companies and my carpet looks great! Their technicians are always very friendly, and are careful to protect wall corners from damage from the hoses. The carpet dries in half the time of other cleaners and is never crunchy after.
