Tip: Last time I had you come out, the tech worked & worked on 2 red juice stains. Nothing worked. I found a product called "JUICE OUT". It worked! You may want to investigate that product or ingredients in it.

Do a better job of pre-treating stubborn stains
I would highly recommend Zerorez. The service was excellent. I was very impressed with the technician. She was thorough, efficient and very friendly.
I love that zerorez doesn’t use any chemicals. They also do a great job getting the carpet cleaned. It’s a win win!!!
The carpet looks great, and it got all the stains out. But as soon as the carpet was dry it went back to being crunchy
One of the main reasons for having Zerorez come was a stain in one of our back rooms. It came from something sticky or greasy that picked up dirt over time and got darker. The cleaning technician took a look at it and said it was a friction burn in the carpet and he couldn't get it out. It's not a friction burn. I made it smaller at one point with some carpet cleaner and a rag but couldn't completely remove it. I'm not devastated over this. Maybe grading 5/10 is a little harsh but that was my main concern.

I thought it was really expensive, I didn’t like how you charge one price for a room but then you count the square footage with furniture in it and then you counted as a double room I don’t like companies a nickel and dime to make more money. When the actuall cleaning surface is way smaller

I have dogs and was told you could not do the same treatment as I watched on tv because of that, the man worked his rear off on the room but some spots remain and there is a large area in the middle of the room that stands out and is much lighter! The technician was great it has nothing to do with him but I’m just not sold. I’ve had it cleaned before with better results! I went to my dog class yesterday and my instructor asked me how it went and she said she had the same experience. Sorry I was so looking forward to it and saved my money to get it done.
