The technicians were on time, efficient and friendly. I was given the price before they got started. No hidden charges at the end. I like how there was no chemicals used or smell when they finished, but the carpets were clean, and felt soft. Great job, I would definitely recommend them, and use them again, in the future.

I like the representative and the carpet was cleaned well. There was one spot that was missed but they were very quickly came back and took care of that.
ZeroRez does a great job! Our carpets looked great! And their employee that came out was cordial, nice, he explained what he was going to do, and listened to the areas of concern.

I do like that there is no soap used in the cleaning process. This process cleans the carpets so nicely. Carpets seem to dry quickly. Appointment was easy to schedule. I was made aware of arrival time! The young men who cleaned the carpets were great!
Hated how expensive the service ended up being with the added sealant. I am not sure it is really worth $90 a room. I guess I will see. Even with the special price I ended up spending much more than I planned on spending.
Overall I believe in Zerorez's cleaning ability.

I paid extra to remove the urine smell. There was no improvement at all. Was a complete waste of money.
