I have lived in my house for five years and you have cleaned my house a number of times. Magically this last cleaning my house grew by two bedrooms. Not sure how that happens!

I love that there are no harsh chemicals. In the past when I've had carpets cleaned by other companies they have left a nasty residue on the carpet. After walking on the carpet my feet would get so filthy. It was awful, but with zerorez there was none of that. No smell, no residue, no dirty feet. I feel like my carpets are acutally clean!

Your technician was very nice.

Really only one thing. Take the tip feature off of the information when we pay. Perhaps I have missed it but this is the first time I have seen it and I just think they come and do their job for what we have paid and no mention of the tip. It almost makes me not want to use the service anymore. I'll have to think. I like just paying for the services that I want and that is it. The person helping me did not pressure me to tip him but it came up and there was pressure because he was standing right there and even though he said don't feel pressure to tip it is still there. I didn't like that this time. I thought he did a great job and would have given him a 10 but the tip feature you have put on the payment process is not good so I knocked it down a few.
