I absolutely would recommend Zerorez to anyone! After listening to radio ads a few times I decided to break from my traditional cleaner and give Zerorez a try. Boy am I glad I did! I have never had such a clean feel to our 20 year old carpets. They dried quickly and I have no qualms about letting my infant grandaughters crawl around. The cleaners were pleasant and efficient in their work. Thank you Zerorez!

We have used zero Rez before in the past and have been very pleased. This time around I’m not sure why it was so different. There are still stains in the carpet that we thought would come right out. We just moved in and wanted to get a nice fresh start with clean carpets. They are cleaner then they were before I’m sure. It took over 24 hours to dry after being told it would be 12 hours. The tech was very nice and quick maybe the hurry was the downfall from being able to spend time on stains to get them out

Michael was great. He was fast and friendly. He arrived late because you were short on technicians (from what we were told) which really messed up our day but we’re sympathetic. We were credited a free room for the delay. We’re happy with the cleaning overall.
