I ordered cleaning for all the carpeted rooms in my house, which amounted to 6 rooms plus a large area rug. The technician said that due to the size of the rug he would charge it as a room rather than a rug, which I appreciated. I assumed I would be charged for 7 rooms. Rather, I was still charged for 6 rooms and one of our bedrooms was excluded. This was not communicated and I was not asked for input about which room would not be cleaned. It's not a big deal overall, but I was frustrated at the lack of communication and finding out on my own that one of the rooms was not cleaned (as I had originally specified cleaning all carpet in the house).
Our two main high-traffic areas didn't look as clean as I had expected (the carpet is a year and a half old so I was surprised—they look about the same now as they did prior to being cleaned), but the area rug, which is closer to 7 years old, looked better than I expected.
I appreciated the friendliness and efficiency of the technicians!
They were on time, quick and efficient. They were so nice and easy to talk to.
We would like to have a and agreement to have you come every three months the workers did not know anything about that so it is not been addressed is that possible
Carpets look great- the workers were awesome.
Zerorez was very understanding and cooperative when I sent the picture of what I vacuumed up from 1 room using a brand new, never used, shark vacuum a couple days after cleaning. There was hardly any traffic in the main room after the initial cleaning and my vacuuming but I picked up a considerable amount of yuck! Zerorez returned 1 week later and recleaned the carpets. Thank you very much. I hope a double cleaning will help in the cleanliness of my carpets.
I also tried the tile cleaning the 2nd time the technician came out so I could try and "pay it forward" to you guys. The cleaning was Unsuccessful and my tile looks exactly the same as if I mopped it myself.

Zerorez is quick and efficient and they do a great job. I also like that they use corner guards so my walls don't end up messed up.

I am upset with the price I was charged. I know I agreed to the price, but I called and got a couple of guoats from other carpet cleaning companies and they 50 percent lower !

We really liked how Brian cleaned our carpet !He went the extra step telling us everything we needed to know about the cleaning. He also suggested we purchase a UV light to find pet stains in the prevention of pet accidents from incurring more. Brian had to come back to redo because we found other spots showed up using the UV light. He asked if my husband would stay with him while he cleaned to point out the stains we discovered. Once again Brian did an excellent job explaining the spots could be in the pad. We were very pleased with his job and want him to come back when the carpet needs cleaning again. Keep up the good work Brian!!

The technicians showed up as scheduled. They went to work, first looking at our problem areas and offering suggestions to try and solve them. They worked hard and efficiently and left our home feeling cleaner.
