Carpets are always clean and feel great afterwards. Quick drying time. Service techs are respectful and teach me about carpet care.

The cleaning was done quickly and the tech explained what he was going to do. They had to come back to redo a couple of areas. He has just finished and it looks like both problem areas have been taken care of. I will probably call Zerorez in the future.

It cleans the carpets really good
Our carpets are old, but look so good after they were cleaned. I don't usually reccomend things to other people. But if they asked, I would recommend it.

I enjoyed that my carpets were not left sopping wet. They were cleaned in the afternoon and dry by evening, with the help of strategic placement of our fans. The carpets look good. We have had Zero Rez clean our carpets before and apply the protectant to repel dirt. It seems to be working.

Your product is outstanding; service is also incredibly good. However, since I have been a trusted client for over 16+ years of Salt Lake Zerorez I have a concern. It seems that each time I contact you for a cleaning instead of looking back at my previous invoices, CRM, etc., I have to go through all the info about rooms, stairs, landings, etc. This past cleaning (02/04/21) the individual that took the order did look back at previous and we "agreed" to the service. However, this time (as in a few previous) it seems as if things had changed between the phone call and the service person arriving to clean. Case in point, this time the upstairs landing cost me $15 additional; secondly the "service charge and water sewer??" removal had increased in price. A certain part of my living room carpeting has a wool area rug over a small part of it and could not be cleaned due to some sales tax BS here in Utah. (You have always cleaned it the past eleven years I have had it!) WHY CAN'T these types of anomalies be disclosed PRIOR to the visit? Usually, blue styro blocks are provided for overstuffed chairs - this time I had to beg and was told "no longer" supplied. (He did find a couple on the truck.) This time moving the round (small) table was all me, he could not assist. So...it would seem that there must be a CPA/Lawyer in charge of Zerorez now as EVERYTHING that used to be provided as a customer service is now either GONE or is monetized. Suggest, in the future, that these anomalies are forwarded with your waterfall of emails concerning the appointment date and time. Therefore we, as customers, can determine whether we will purchase or maybe go elsewhere. I do appreciate the empowered water BUT your fees and diminishing customer service are beginning to wear on me. Thank You
