Our carpets are solo nice. The technician was excellent!!
I wanted the carpets cleaned in the house we just purchased both to get it sanitized and get rid of the dog pee smell. Neither happened.
I asked for deodorizer when Jared was at the house and no freshener of any kind was added. The house smells worse than before.
I was quoted $300 and somehow the charge was over $500.
Additionally, large 3 foot stains remained in 4 rooms.
Because I was trying to stay off of the carpet to let it dry, I was not aware of any of these things until well after the technician had left. When I did realize there was a problem, I called the office and asked for him to come back. I was told he was too busy and that the soonest that they could get someone out was next week. I said this was unacceptable because we were having company this weekend and that I would have to pay to get somebody else to come in.
I couldn’t be more disappointed in this experience and feel like we were aggregiously overcharged for the service that we received.
I couldn’t have been more surprised, because the ZeroRez Service that we have received for years in Portland, was always the best in the business and well worth the money.
We will never use your service again or recommend ZeroRez in this area.
Their technicians are polite and listen to you. They try their best to make your carpets the best way possible. We were lucky to have Jared.

It just didn’t seem like it did very much after the carpet dries off. Stains were still visible, pet odors still very strong

Sadly.... the carpets did not come clean in the master bedroom.
It was for a condo that we rent out. The carpets are only 2 years old and we only had one renter in them. We have never used your company before, and wanted to give them a try.

Very happy with the service. Carpets and tile look amazing. There tech called ahead and showed up on time and was very personable and professional. Thank you again Hunter for the quality job. Hunter represented Zerorez very well. We will for sure be using them again in the future and would highly recommend there service.

Hunter was really nice that’s the only reason I gave a 2 otherwise it would have been a 0. It took my carpet 4 days to dry and now my carpets smell worse then they did before. I have had a few different carpet cleaners come out here and my carpets have never been so wet when they were finished. We had windows open and it still took forever to dry. Plus it was super expensive for is to smell worse.
The gentleman that came to clean my upholstery was polite, conscientious and did a great job. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to people.
