It was quick and efficient
I paid $150 to have some pet odor removed from a very small area. It is only the slightest improvement. We have only recently moved into this home so it was a new issue and we have a very small dog.
Everything from the first phone call to the clean up and gone was very professional.

I hired Zerorez in AZ a few years back and they did not disappoint, so I obviously had no other thoughts than to hire them to clean my apartment in Utah. Service was great and again, did not disappoint. The only complaint would be the availability. The first available appointment wasn’t until about 3 weeks out.

The young man, Will, who cleaned our carpet called before he came. He arrived on time. He was friendly. He did a good job. We were happy with the job he did. No complaints.
