When my stairs dried, they have left streaks on it so they are off color, not sure why they did that. Otherwise it would have been a 10 because the rest of the area looked great.

We had an issue that ZR had to come back for. They did and we solved it, but it was inconvenient.

We like how the carpet looks after you clean it. We like that their is not smell to you cleaning solution. You service men are polite and nice to work with.

If you have returned to a customer for a call back service, follow up with a phone call to make sure customer is satisfied.

I like the fact that no chemical residues are left in my carpet. Ever since I found out about your product several years ago I've never even considered going back to the traditional cleaning chemicals. My carpet always dries faster and smells cleaner.

Caleb was a real professional and worked hard and fast. I could tell he was well schooled in the cleaning process. I don't think he saw me watching as he carefully moved his hoses back and forth around our newly painted areas. He deserves a raise!

Not very satisfied with the results. Paid over $500 for tile to be cleaned and a couple areas still appear to need additional cleaning.

I'm very pleased with the work Mitchell did to get my carpets cleaned. Every step was explained. There was no chemical smell. I will definitely call and have Zerores clean my carpets again.

I am not impressed with your inability to clean carpet. Your system has no ability whatsoever to remove stains. Carpet in the den looks worse than before. I was charged an extra $89 for and area rug and it looks exactly the same. Carpets took 18 ours to dry. I will use another carpet cleaning service next time.

Give the individual who is cleaning the authority to use their best judgment in charging for cleaning extra areas.
Example, we had five rooms cleaned and we didn’t move the large furniture out of the room. We had a small hallway that we asked if it could be included in the cleaning. It was 3x8 feet that connected two of the rooms to be cleaned. He said that we had to be charged for it. That small area was less than the area they didn’t have to clean because of the large furniture in most of the rooms.

I really thought the young gentleman that did our whole house did a great job. Next time I would like him to come back. the next day the carpets look good and by Saturday is was even better after we cleaned.

The cleaner arrived on time and was great at providing updates on his arrival, which is so appreciated. He was friendly, helpful, professional and did a really awesome job cleaning a particularly soiled area. But the carpet required over 24 hours to fully dry and the heavily soiled area required an additional 3-4 hours. He told us that the heavily soiled area would take longer to dry so we completely expected the additional time for that particular high-traffic area

My carpets look great, but Zerorez advertises quicker drying time as their big differentator and it was the number 1 reason we chose Zerorez. It left me apprehensive since experts warn that the more water that is left behind, the higher propensity for the carpet to attract dirt in the future.... the exact opposite of what you want after spending $300 for cleaning

After the first service by Brigham, who was very friendly and professional, I had some areas that showed dirt tracks and edge lines that could be seen after the carpet dried (these were not in the high tragic areas) I called for a reschedule and was told that they would be able to return the following day. I was glad for that as I had to move my couch into my entry and it was blocking my front door access. Unfortunately there was a scheduling mixup and a new technician was unable to come until Thursday (the original treatment was Monday). I was pleased that he was able to remove the obvious dirt tracks left from the first cleaning however there were 3 rusty brownish spots that surfaced. These spots were about 6”x12 each. I took pictures then decided to try to spot clean them myself as I didn’t want to wait for another appointment. I was also unhappy that my curtains had been tied in a knot, apparently to keep them off the carpet which left wrinkles that will need to be steamed out.
I have used Zerorez before and was pleased but this time was not great. I would like a refund.
