if you could figure out how to get the edges of the carpet it would be wonderful!!!
This was a pleasure to have Jeston in our home! He did an amazing job on all of our trouble areas! He cleaned and was helpful doing all we asked and more. Was quick but also made us feel like we where his only priority! We will be recommending Zerorez!
The tech was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fast. I think maybe he went a little bit too fast. I thought the chairs would come out cleaner. I'm wondering if it's the solution that you used. They were very soiled. The Tech was awesome.
How clean my carpets look

My carpets had to be done twice, the first time the machine broke down and I don't feel that my carpet were clean the second time they came out okay still have some spots. The customer service was very good when I called the first time.

Provide a more comprehensive range of deals. It seems as though you have one active deal at a time and it caters to only a specific customer profile/need. Customers spend a lot of money to have carpet cleaned in their houses. We want to feel like we are being recognized by your business for our ongoing commitment to you.
