You make my floors look so clean. I appreciated the helpful training I received from your tech.
Our tile and carpet came out beautifully clean and the tech was friendly, efficient and respectful of our home. We really appreciate the fact no soap is used, so there is no sticky residue.
I have a 30 year cream colored carpet. Although it used to come out much cleaner than it does today especially in the high traffic areas. I like that it takes less time and dries faster than other companies that I’ve tried in the past before Zerores. I’m happy with the service.
Price was ridiculous, I paid $540 for 75 min of work . Carpet looked great , tile grout was pretty good but not great .

Clean, professional, hard working crew did a great job cleaning the HVAC ducts on my newly purchased home in which the HVAC ducts had probably never been cleaned in the homes 30 years of existence. The ducts were thick with dust and lint before, but like new after the service.

I had requested the pet odor remover and it helped for only about 20 minutes. The smell is now arguably worse than before the treatment and I will end up having to replace my carpet. Tile came out great but the areas of pet urine weren’t as expected.
Anthony was the carpet cleaning technician and he went above and beyond! The carpets in my newborn home had animal Oder, Anthony suggested your solution that removes the Oder, it worked fabulously. The carpets came out wonderful and I am extremely impressed by the professionalism and the clean products that were used, no after residue just soft clean smelling carpets. Matthew was a good tech. Very personable. Unfortunately the carpets didn’t come out very well. He was able to get some stains out but not much difference in the appearance of the carpets overall. Probably should have just replaced it instead of having it cleaned.
The service Zerorez advertised was delivered to my satisfaction. The service team was professional and when the job was completed each room was vacuumed.

I made the appt online. When the appt day arrived no one came. I called and the company forgotten to add it to a cleaners list. So, they called a tech. and he came 30 minutes after and said we weren't on his list and we're not even in his area. We told him we had pet urine stains. His reply was that the urine had most likely soaked into the carpet padding and he would do his best but we should probably just rip up our carpet and replace it. Also wanted my chair and sofa cleaned but was told you couldn't do that. Very disappointed after removing all my furniture and waiting all day.
Anthony was friendly, informative and efficient. All stains were removed from my couch and ottoman! They look brand new and there is residue to attract dirt. The whole process was seamless. I will use this company again and will recommend them to others!
