Wonderful carpet cleaning products along with their carpet cleaning tech (Calvin)! Exceptional service and reasonably priced.
Everything went well, no suggestions for improvements
Very professional from making the appointment to communication regarding technician arrival. Technician was courteous, knowledgeable and very skilled. He took extra care not to damage anything in the house and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets.
It is easy to schedule an appointment. Current technician was very pleasant and courteous.
The carpets were well cleaned and smelled fresh.
The provider arrived about an hour later than the appointment window then rushed through the job stating that he still had another job to get to that day. Rudely told me that my house was small and it only needed an hour to complete. The entryway tile was skipped. Stains that were visible next to the couch were not addressed as they were partially under the couch. Minimal effort was given to areas of the kitchen grout that needed extra attention. Was told those areas would not come clean. I had to clean these areas on my own. Corners of walls were scuffed which was obvious because the walls were freshly painted a week prior. $448 for an hour of work seemed excessive. If I am paying a premium price, I expect premium service.

Honesty
Carpets are clean and fresh smelling without any residues. The service is always excellent with technicians who are friendly, professional and explain everything they do and find with the carpets. Our technician, Enrique, was especially thorough and did a great job for us!
First I had to pay extra because the 5 rooms plus extra closet and stairs was not put down when i called and scheduled the appointment. I also confirmed towards the end of my call we got the 3 rooms special , stairs, loft and down stairs living room and closet and they confirmed that. When kids came he had to charge me the 5 room. I was not happy, and not happy how the carpet looked , they were worst then it was more stains came out and it looks black. I did my own carpets monthly while I lived here and they came out cleaner. But I am moving out I had to get a professional carpet cleaner to come out and was not satisfied.
Service was great. Technician was timely and he thoroughly cleaned the carpet areas requested.
No extra service fees. Cost was exactly the same as what we signed up for when making the online appointment. Thank you Joseph for a job well done.

I like that my carpet wasn't crunchy afterwards. It feels very clean. There were two major stains, vomit and puppy pee, and they were cleaned.
I would have had my tile cleaned, but it was out of my price range. I will use Zerorez again as needed.

Friendly staff, and cleaners. I loved how clean you were able to get my tile floors. Cleaner than previous companies I have hired. I love how detailed our service guy was with me about the cleaning process and explained how the sealing works for the grout. Very professional and courteous. Also, I was happy I was able to get the floors done with only two days notice
