You can’t make it right. The people that show up to clean are new at the job and they usually have to come back because it’a not clean.

The floors appear as nothing was ever done! 250 for three rooms a hall and a staircase, the carpets look exactly the same, one room smells old water and the spots that were present previously are still present.

Your technician went above and beyond our expectations!!! The carpets were cleaned perfectly and he managed to make a leather couch that our dog had vomited on look like new. He also mopped our floors!!! Who does that??? Zerorex!!!

Connor was an amazing and very knowledgeable person on all types of carpets.Best and most completely done job ever. I even had him take away a wool carpet and had it washed in their house and returned today to me and its beautiful.

The technicians are helpful and they bring their own water. All dirt is removed from home to truck.
