Above and beyond professionalism! I was moving out of my townhouse and Josh D. Gave me a call to let me know when he would arrive, which he adhered to. He did a great job. He brought to my attention a misplaced earring from the closet. He knocked out the job perfectly and quickly. What really stood out was while leaving there was an aggressive and most likely intoxicated neighbor trying to intimidate and instigate Josh because the neighbor is nuts (part of the reason I moved) . Josh handled himself perfectly, represented ZeroRez perfectly. Josh deserves recognition, as he is a true professional.

The products used cleaned our furniture very nicely and looks like new furniture. Landon did a fantastic job! He was professional, knowledgeable and very pleased with his service. We would recommend Zerorez and Landon for our next service.

The quote pricing online I created included 4 rooms of carpet, 3 closets and 4 dining chairs. When the technician showed up, my quote increased $40 and didn’t even include my 4 dining chairs I wanted cleaned. I booked online because the pricing transparency was there- now it seems it changes when the technician shows up and now says “I don’t see that on your quote. But I see you added the carpet protection for every room.” Totaling disappointed, just adding on whatever to make more money. And I didn’t even get my dining chairs cleaned but spent more on something I didn’t even need. I couldn’t go back because he explained the pricing and services AFTER everything was done.

The tech was very friendly and professional. He was able to add a few items to the job without me having to set up another appointment. Did a great job and spent extra time on high traffic areas to make them look great.
