I honestly don’t even know where to begin. The experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. The machine broke down multiple times before the technician finally informed me he needed to leave to get more gas because the service tech believed that was the issue. At that point, we were already three hours into the appointment — and I am pregnant.
After returning with gas, another vehicle was sent out with a replacement machine. However, instead of staying to ensure the new machine was functioning properly, the technician left, and the machine ended up breaking down AGAIN.
What should have been a standard appointment turned into nearly six hours of inconvenience and stress. To make matters worse, I was told that because we were having the entire house cleaned, a complimentary odor treatment would be applied to the rugs. Unfortunately, I walked into my house the next day and it still smelled strongly of dog odor.
The tile barely appears cleaned, and there is still a large amount of dirt remaining in the grout. Overall, the quality of work was extremely disappointing, and the customer service experience was even worse.
What is most upsetting is that despite all of the delays, equipment failures, and poor results, no effort was made to offer any sort of discount or resolution for the inconvenience caused.
I would not recommend this service to anyone, and I will also be sharing my experience in a Google!

Your service has changed over the years to the point of being no different than any other companies. Years ago the tech would put hose protectors at corners, use the roller brush without asking and supply booties for use while drying.
On this visit none of those things were done. I had to ask why he didn't use the brush on this visit. I was told that it shouldn't be used on my low pile carpet. I told him that after he left I would call the office to verify, he told me that management was too busy to be bothered with calls and he would redo it. Strange as the last 5 visits since the carpet was new all techs used the brush without asking. The carpet is no longer soft when dry, I have to go over it with the vacuum so I can walk on it.

I’m not sure the carpets really got clean or if my expectations were too high. I haven’t had my carpets cleaned before but didn’t feel like they were super dirty to begin with but once the carpet dried, it was super crunchy and could still see some dirty spots.
I was very happy the stain came out of the carpet. However, I vacuumed the next day and the carpet was just as dirty. Carpet didn't look any different other than the 1 stain I had was gone.
I like the product and have ised Zero Rez several times. The men are courteous, on time and are happy to answer questions. Zeke was great!

I have had ZEROREZ clean my carpets and tiler floors for the past 8 years. On Monday May4,2026 Tamari Wooley (service technician) cleran our 2 bedroom carpets and 1100 square feet of ceramic tile. He did an EXCLLENT JOB. Very thorough, efficient and pleasant. I will request him next year for our floors toi bde cleaned.
Zeke was very friendly and professional. He informed me about the process and followed thru with what he said.
We like that there is no residue after the carpets are cleaned.

Prompt, friendly, and professional service, but the technician didn't spend enough time vacuuming up the excess water left on the carpet. It took two days to dry enough to walk on, and in some spots, it was still wet even after using a fan.
Received relevant information about cleaning options. Professional. Results were good.
