Zerorez was quick and easy to schedule with! We had a very unique property we needed help with and they were extremely accommodating. Michelle had great communication and went above and beyond to make sure the floors looked amazing! Absolutely recommend and will be using again!
Our carpets look amazing! The tech took the time to get the problem areas taken care of. It’s nice to know you pay for services that actually happen!
First, the “technician” started by looking at my 3 rooms of carpet, which is 6 years old, being cleaned above 2ce a year, and it’s only me living here. It needed the traffic patterns cleaned. He started off telling me he probably can’t get it very clean and didn’t want me to”waste my money” or be disappointed! Seriously?! That immediately made me upset, so i asked don’t they normally spray a prespot first? The. He told me it would be an extra $25/per spot!! 🤦🏻♀️. I was so upset I told him to just do the normal cleaning special (3 rooms/$99) since I already prepped my rooms. Well, he must have called his boss, because he came back in and I saw him spray. Anyway, when he was done my carpets did all look very good, and I was happy with the job (even left him a tip). However, I did tell him “see I knew you could do it!), and he responded he didn’t want to disappoint me. I told him to try being more positive to the customer up front so they aren’t mad to start off!
I think I’ll just go back to Stanley Steemer!

I have been using Zerorez for over 15 years. Last year I had a really bad technician and said I would not use them again. After 14 months I decided to give them another chance. My technician, Anthony T., called and said he could be here in fifteen minutes. He was polite, extremely professional and friendly. He did a great job. It's employees like Anthony that keep businesses going. I hope Zerorez appreciates his dedication.
I was quoted one price over phone and when tech got to house ended up paying $150 more than quoted. Would like to have known upfront price before

The young man who did our cleaning was very polite and personable which we appreciated very much. Our rug still showed a little bit of traffic stains after cleaning. Hopefully next time it will come out. We rotated the rug on the floor so it is not that noticeable. In my initial review, I mentioned it and was offered a retreatment, but we leave for the summer so it didn’t work out.
But where the hoses were left in our front hall left a white-ish residue ??? This didn’t happen the last time my rug or tile were cleaned. What do you think that was? Where the tiled was cleaned in the kitchen came out sparkling clean. Thank you!

Was caught off guard with our small area rug pricing. DJ was friendly but missed a spot we pointed out to him and instead of bringing out the machine to clean it, he did it by hand. Something I could have done myself. Also there is an area in the master bedroom that has track marks from the cleaner. Never seen anything like that before. Also the "tip" screen made me uncomfortable. We have been going with Coconut cleaners for the past several years and tried you guys again. Will go back to Coconut cleaners. They clean our area rugs for one price and never measured. $99 for one small area rug is outrageous.
