He did a good job.. He did leave some lines where it's darker on one side and lighter on the other in two of the rooms, but the carpets are a vast improvement. We may have to pay for someone to return and do the one room again.
Our secondhand armchair looks brand new and our carpets look as good as they did when we moved in! The technician was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and took his time with the service. Very happy with the results!

You gave me an estimate of $99, then came back at me with an invoice charging an additional 50% over the estimate. That is NOT OKAY.
Our tech Rob was very professional and did a great job on my upholstery. My couch is older and I can’t expect too much- but he took his time and really made a difference! I always have a good experience with Zerorez but Rob’s service was over the top!
Technician was on her A-game. Very knowledgeable and wanted to do the best job possible. She was also training at the same time and couldn't help but notice her leadership qualities. I've always said it's not the company, it's the person in front of you.!
