I felt like our house required two men . When the job was completely done, there was still water residue throughout the house . Where the carpet met the tile dirty water was soaked up on the edges - nothing was done about it . Your company just cleaned our carpets a month earlier 🙁
Very professional. I feel like my concerns were heard and my needs were met. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything I didn’t need and the carpet has remained clean (no breakthrough staining).
Bedroom still smells. Couch and chairs came out nice but main bedroom after rugs dried smells still

Although the tech was very, very nice and helpful, I pointed out a couple of spots in the living room and he thought it was just because there were some wet spots there. They were blackened spots and I think what happened was. Maybe the machine leaked some dirty water back onto my carpet. Right in the middle of the room where you can’t miss it

The process is one we prefer. The price is fair and the technicians are great. Easy to schedule.
Great people, very kind, but price ended up much higher than I expected and they left a huge mess everywhere they cleaned the vents there was trash/ dust everywhere and water marks.
Cleaning products seen to be effective.

1. so much water is used to clean it staturated my carpet and couch. You sent someone else out the next day and at that point due to turning on all fans, heat it didn't feel "Wet" as it did when the original tech left. The cleaning was OK but I still saw some dark shadows in areas. You redid the couch and it was hard to tell if it cleaned since it darkens the fabric (faux suede), but it looked much better until the next day when it dried, I could see larger dark areas almost as it the dirt was smeared instead of removed. Your extraction equipment is not strong enough for all the water used in cleaning. The following day, I called in because although I did a general inspection of the carpet, I didn't go around the bed by the glass door to see a large swirled looked brown area. I do know there was a dark spot there that might have required some spot cleaning, but then it left a larger brown I'm guessing left the area again saturated to where it turned color. I had left during the cleaning and I won't do that again, because when I was called they were done and I came back they were already packed up in their Truck. I told them to wait and I was rush now, but right off the bat, I knew the couch was not cleaned properly and they just told me to call and take it up with the office and took my money and left! This is the worst experience I've ever had. I thought I would give your service a try because it didn't use detergents, I also think the trainee with little experience did my job. Once bitten twice shy!

I expected the carpet to come out cleaner. I cleaned some areas with my Shark carpet cleaner and had better results. I strongly believe that the rotating brush that the Shark cleaner utilizes made the difference, The Zerorez system does not utilize a brush.

Hi there. You recently asked me to rate your service. I gave it a 5 out of 10. Here's the details
(1) the gentleman that came to clean our carpets was first class. You have a superstar there. Nice and courteous guy.
(2) The overall carpet cleainng was less than desirable. Family room overall, was a 3 out of 10 - basically because there are still too many stains left over after the cleaning job was done, and you guys have cleaned our house in the past, and the previous cleanings that you did were much better in this room than in this latest cleaning.
Mom's bedroom is an 8 out of t0 - it's clean enough to pass the test and we are satisfied
The two back bedrooms are a 9 out of 10. Look great. Overall, I'm satisfied. However, The Family room could use another quick cleaning. My Mom is on her deathbed, and we just wanted the carpets to look presentable when all family comes by soon after she passes. Which will be tonight or tomorrow. 100% on that. Thanks and let me know if you can do a quick re-treat of the Family room. Name removed

Well when he first started I clearly said I didn’t want anything put on the couches, just cleaning. He assure me your zerorez and that you don’t do that so I thought he understood. Then when he was finished he went around and sprayed some awful smelling stuff all over the cushions. My husband and I were not happy about this. It smelled horrible, not how you’d expect newly cleaned sofa to smell and while you say no rez.. there was something sprayed on there. Just ruined this for me and it wasn’t cheap $368!! He should have asked if we wanted the spray. I didn’t tip him and I hope he understands why. I thoroughly vacuumed it but still feel like I can smell it. VERY disappointing.
