Our technician was super friendly and knowledgeable. He did such a great job. I was shocked he got out the stone in the carpet and our tile/grout was drastically improved.

Your employee, Zander, was prompt, professional, personable and did a great job. It is such a breath of fresh air to have someone do what they say they were going to do and are happy to do it.
Plus it was great not having a soaking wet carpet when it was all done and when it was all dry it was not crunchy like we have had in the past with other companies.
I would be more than happy to refer them to anyone.
