The "special sales offers" are basically bait & switch. New customers beware....read the fine print and know they do not measure square feet actually done.
My carpets were left very wet. I feel they could have done a much better job of extraction. Very disappointing.
On a positive note, the two techs were polite & honest. They accidentally broke a yard light & let me know right away & reported to their management.
Clean carpets
Your tech didn’t tell us the cost for cleaning the area rug before he did it. We wrongly assumed it wouldn’t cost much. We did three rooms for $129 and then we were charged $140 for an 8x10 rug. The rug only cost about $150 to begin with- a simple very low pile cheap rug. Then he left some equipment on our front porch and when I texted him that he left it and to come pick it up, he didn’t. It’s still out there. The carpets in the bedrooms also don’t look much cleaner. I had a MUCH better experience with zero rez the first time I hired you guys well over a year ago. I could actually see the carpet was cleaner then. I don’t know how it didn’t look better this time.
The techs showed up on time, were couteous and did their job diligently.

Very professional service, the carpet looked great after the cleaning, and it took less than 6 hours to dry.
I had a front room rug cleaned a 8x10 and it was cleaned very well, but as it dried, it just smelled like dog. The rest of our house was great the stairs, the hallway the bedrooms were wonderful, but the rug then I had paid an extra $60 for to clean was so bad that when our company came over, it hit him like a brick wall. My daughter is allergic to our dogs and we had to roll the rug up and put it outside. Don’t know what happened there, but the dog smell is not gone still it is striking and we have to throw the rug away. We tried leaving it outside for a couple days to air out, but next time I’ll still use your company for the rest of our house, but I’ll just buy a new rug instead of trying to clean it and spend the money on a new rug.

We called earlier and had a few questions prior to our appointment (day before). Asked for a call back - did not receive it.
Had the $129 special… but we only had 400 sq feet total, 2 rooms (didn’t do full rooms), we are in a park model. Only took about 1 hour… definitely expensive and an easy job for cleaner. Should have a park model special… maybe 1/2 the cost!!!
Probably will not use again due to the full cost and time it took - definitely not a good value for us.
Guy who came did the carpets was very good & personable.
The employees who cleaned our dryer vent were very kind and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be using them again!
