I have three area rugs. Two of them are 65 percent covered with furniture one 9 x 10 was completely open. The pricing did not match the price I paid and that was only after I questioned the 500 some dollar estimate I was told that they charge for the whole rug even if it’s covered by furniture that’s not what I was told when I made my initial phone call I was told I would be charged for what was uncovered and then the open 9 x 12 did not come clean but I was told for another $300 they could take it to the shop and clean it much better with your magic water. I understand you have a good following. I just will not be one of them. Thank you.

I really like that Zerorez is nontoxic and has the 3 step process. I was shocked to see how much hair came off the machine because I vacuum regularly. Anthony was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the process to me and left my carpets looking beautiful!

Always courteous and thorough

Twice I was misinformed by the person(s) on the phone. The phone communication was different from the next phone conversation or the actual information.
1). When I called to schedule I said I wanted tile and grout cleaning and grout sealing. The verbal estimate did not actually include sealing. I didn’t notice that sealing was not in the written estimate I received, so when the work was completed, the invoice was approximately $100 more than I was verbally quoted and expecting.
2). I wanted early morning and even scheduled several days out, but I was told the only scheduling window was 10-1:00. But I understood the scheduler to say I would be an early call. I had to reschedule when the confirmation indicated the tech could arrive as late as 1:00. I had to reschedule.
3). My next window was early morning. The confirmation call said I was first on the list at 8;00. When the tech didn’t arrive by 8:30, I called and was told my window was 8:00-11:00. My first conversations didn’t match the day-of conversations.

I think your phone schedulers tell customers one thing to make the sale, and then subsequent communication appears to be different from the original call. Although I’ve used ZeroRez multiple times, I felt this scheduling communication caused frustration and angst more than once causing me to re-think whether ZeroRez is my best choice for tile cleaning and sealing. I may need to do more research on price and scheduling next time.

Excellent service

I have been very happy with your services for many years now, and recommend you each time I'm asked if "I know a good carpet cleaning" company. You have cleaned my carpet for a LONG time, and in the past have also cleaned dining room chairs that I purchased used, and were just SO dirty (white cushions). You made them look new again!

Zac did a good job with the cleaning we needed, which included carpeting, an area rug, a runner rug, a kitchen chair (upholstered) and our kitty's loveseat. Some big challenges due to Kitty's illness, and Zac seemed to get them all taken care of. I've been using ZeroRez for a number of years, both in my own house and my mother's home when she was still there. I was always happy with the end result.

with all the hype and advertising you do, I expected my rug to be spotless when finished. The tech did say he might not get all the dirty areas perfect but I didn't think it would still look like it did before. Also, your advertising states that there would be no crunch well there is. You offer a great price but with all the work of moving furniture and such before arrival is hard on the elderly. Sorry just not happy
