The girl that came was very knowledgeable about the products and what needed to be done. She was very professional and polite. She did a super job!
They came quickly and did a thorough job but it came at a premium cost that I had to pay because I had family visiting in 2 days. At $750 for a cleaning this was more than double than what I would have paid another cleaning company that was unfortunately unavailable on short notice
I have used ZeroRes for years- they are always incredibly professional and my floors are so clean! My last service was the best - he spent plenty of time to make my dirty floors cleaner than when I moved into the home. Thank you!!!

I’ve had you clean my carpets since 2013. Always on time, reasonable costs. The only suggestion I would make is for the people answering the phone to speak clearly especially when they are calling me to ask if they could come earlier.

I was told that it would be a 4-8 hour time frame for my carpets to dry. I waited 10 hours to go into my closet to change into my pajamas. The carpet was still wet so I put on some socks so as not to have my bare feet touch the carpet. The next morning there were footprints on the carpet. I vacuumed the 4 times and the foot prints have faded but are still there. I waited to walk on other areas until the next morning. The carpets are sort of crunchy even after vacuuming.
I like there are no chemicals used to clean my carpet.
(1) - It's easy to book online and I love the weekend availability.
(2) - The techs who have come to my house have been kind, thorough, and careful with furniture, corners, etc.
(3) - Recommended treatments are explained, but I never feel pressure to add them to the basic clean.
(4) - My carpets and tile floor look great!
Blood spots did not come up, Come back and get the blood out.
Representative was very thoughtful and polite. unfortunately he did not have the experience to catch the challenges our carpet threw at him.

Service person Dodger was pleasant on time and knowledgeable. He did a great job and asked me when he was finished if I was satisfied on how the carpet looked. It was great even in the highest traffic areas. The carpet was not saturated and dried quickly.
