Customer service was great from booking the appointment to the 3 service techs who were also professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
Every visit we had before this was great. This time it felt like one persistent upsell. The trainers did nothing "wrong" but the constant upsell made the whole experience one we don't think we want to repeat. We were caught off guard by the change from 250 to 200 square feet per room, but we understand your costs have gone up.
We will likely not use Zerores in the future.
Overall, I like your very proficient and knowledgeable technicians that you employ and come to my home. They are friendly and very respectful and know how to do their jobs efficiently and in the time they say they'll take to do a thorough job.

Last week, Daren performed miracles in our home with his Zerorez cleaning. He cleaned our master bedroom and walk-in closet carpets, our family room carpet, a couch, a loveseat, and 2 living room chairs. He cleaned our high-traffic areas in the bedroom and the family room so they look almost new. He was good to take us in and show us what he was doing as he went along.
We didn't not know if he could clean the upholstery, because two of the pieces said they couldn't have water on them. However, Daren had dry cleaning formulas with him, and he was able to clean the couch and the loveseat so well and then to do the two living room chairs with the Zeroez cleaning. Everything looks great, dried quickly, and the carpets have a bounce in them like a new carpet. We are so appreciative that Daren did such a good job on our cleaning. We love Zerorez cleaning for our carpets and are glad they could do the upholstery, also. We would recommend Zerorez to everyone.
The Zerorez tech called when he was on his way. He was curteous and was mindful of protecting the corners of doorways from being marked by his hoses. He worked hard and did a great job cleaning.
Scheduling was extremely easy and I did not have to wait long at all for my appointment

I am a repeat customer and have always been pleased with their service. However, this last time they called an hour before the end of the day and said they were running late and it would be after 5 p.m. if that was ok. I said yes, it has to be. I am moving tomorrow. They called at 5 p.m. and said the van broke down and they couldn't come out until tomorrow. I was understandably upset, as I was moving in the morning. She was very sympathetic to my distress and said she would put me on as the first job in the morning. So I had my son meet them there in the morning. Not only were they early, but they did not charge me. I will definitely continue to use them. Not only is their cleaning service excellent, but their customer service is too!
The lack of soap. My carpets feel cleaner, smell fresher, and stay cleaner longer without the typical soap residue used by many competitors.
Your service techs were super friendly and professional. Called to confirm appt then again when en route and showed up on time (even slightly early). Explained service/process/anticipated outcome on problem areas and went to work for nice results on my light cream carpet. JS

The carpets look very good. The service was completed professionally and in a timely manner. I have never had to vacuum and move the furniture myself before carpet cleaning, and did not appreciate that aspect.

Joshua was wonderful. My carpets were thoroughly cleaned and looked amazing they were cleaned. I’ve been using Zerorez for the past 6+ years and they have never disappointed me. I have used many carpet cleaning companies and Zerorez is the best!
Super disappointed in my recent service.
I had upholstery cleaning and tile floor cleaning scheduled. I accidentally selected hardwood floor cleaning on the initial form submission. When the tech arrived, he sent a picture of the floor to his manager and told us he couldn’t clean it. We kept telling him it was ceramic tile, but it didn’t seem to compute for him to tell his boss it was tile so he could get the job cleared. I finally told him to get his manager on the phone so I could explain it myself. After I did, his manager said, “Oh yeah, as I zoom in I can see the grout lines. It’s tile, so you’re good to go.”
Okay, great.
The tech cleaned the floor, but it was still dirty afterward. I have a photo of how much dirt our steam mop picked up immediately after your “cleaning.”
Now onto the upholstery. The tech finished the cleaning and showed me the chair. It was still extremely spotty. I asked if he had spot cleaned it, and he said no. I said, “Okay, well please spot clean it.” He got back on the phone with his manager, then came back and told me it would be an extra $75. I was frustrated that something so obvious wasn’t included in the first place, but I told him to go ahead because I wanted the chair cleaned properly.
When he said he was finished, it looked much better at first glance. But after taking a closer look, there were still multiple spots all over the chair that had clearly never been treated. My husband pointed out one of the spots and asked him to clean it. He said he was “unable”, so I insisted he handed me his spot cleaner and tool so I could do it myself. Not to mention I’m 8.5 months pregnant.
At that point, I was so fed up with the service that I didn’t even have the energy to keep complaining. We just wanted him out of our house.
After the upholstery dried, it looked even worse. There are visible streaks throughout the fabric, along with all the spots that were never cleaned in the first place.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience from start to finish. Between the confusion over the tile floor, the poor cleaning results, the extra charge just to spot clean, and then being handed the cleaning tool to finish the job myself, I definitely did not receive the level of service I paid for.
Mike was very knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning our carpets. Will definitely hire them again to clean!
Mike was great. He communicared exremely well. Explained the process, and was timely. His service was excellent, the zero rez water appeared ti do a good job.
