The technician,Zy, did an outstanding job. He took the extra time to make sure the grout and the tile was as clean as possible, and the carpet looks like New. Great job!
Mickel arrived at home within window appointment. He presented his plan with discussion and visual tour of areas to be cleaned. Well and clear spoken. Gave options which I may consider with next cleaning. Upon completion, I inspected areas and VERY IMPRESSED! Areas of tougher stains look like brand new. He clearly gave instructions as to after care drying. Mickel is very pleasant and professional as representative of company. I look forward to next cleaning. HIGHLY Recommend ZEROREZ! I was quite pleased with the carpet when it was completed. However after a day of walking on it I noticed three obvious stains that were still there... very disappointing.
I'll just get some spot remover and see what I can do.

Very clean neat
Dodger arrived on time and took great care to not damage the corners of our house with the hoses from the truck by placing protective shields next to the corners of doorways to rooms. He also explained the process of cleaning and did a thorough job. The carpet, when dry looked great.
