Small tables and dressers that were on gliders were not moved not even the coffee table that was just worked around. I thought the nap of the carpet would be pulled up better.

There were a few spots that didn't come clean. Yes I was able to remove most of them myself with a little elbow grease. I'm sure the technician would have happily got them, especially as he did ask if everything looked good but I didn't notice them until after he was gone.

I've used Zerorez for years. I like the no residue fill of the carpet.

I have always received excellent service from ZeroRez. My carpets look like new. I was able to schedule my appointment very easily and every employee I dealt with was very friendly and pleasant.

Technician was very helpful and provided tips to help keep fabric clean. Added in area rug while there of course at a fee. He was very friendly and appreciate that he used corner protectors not to mark up my walls.

I believe our service person name was Michelle. We were pleased with her professionalism, and that she explained the cleaning steps as she went along. She was courteous and offered suggestions for future cleaning.
We would be more than happy to have her come to our home in the future.

The technician was very nice and courteous, but for what i paid I would expect much more in terms of results. Not one single stain was removed from the carpet. i understand some pet stains can set in the pad and will resurface, but there were several stains that are most likely surface stains and should have been removed. I have used several carpet cleaners over the years and have never had this issue. For $540 i would expect stain treatment as well as cleaning. I am hoping you can send someone out to treat and remove the stains.

Andrew Goulet did a fantastic job of my pet stains. He was here an hour before the time frame that was given. He called ahead to make sure that it was okay. A nice young man with a diligent work ethic.

I paid for a tile cleaning and pet deodorizer on our first floor. But our house still has a smell. Im not sure if the tech did not use enough deodorizer or the floor was not cleaned properly.

Mario was amazing! He was excellent about communicating what I needed and explained it thoroughly. For once I didn’t have any questions. My carpets smell and look great! I will definitely be using ZeroRez again and specifically asking for Mario to be my technician.

David was absolutely AMAZING! However afew things were quite disappointing. 1) the price quoted verses the price I ended up paying because of the "upsale" I found disingenuous. 2) the fact that there is yet another charge for "spots" dear lord 99% of floors are being cleaned because there are spots. 3) the high traffic areas do not look any better now than they did when i deep vacuum. Again this is absolutely nothing disparaging towards David he disclosed he was straight forward and he was professional kind and an absolute delight. Its YOUR sales model and products I'm deeply disappointed in.
