How clean they get my carpets.
The tech, Ryan, that came to our home was super nice and explained everything. Great job!
The technician was prompt. He let me know when he was 30 minutes out. He explained the treatment to me and offered suggestions that were not seen as pushy .

I have used these services for many years and they have always done a good job.
I started using Zerorex because they advertised their product and service as no residue operation. I have been using their services for 10 + years and have not ever been disappointed.
I recently had one of their servicemen ' Ryan' clean two rooms, two area rugs, a 7' couch with 9 pillows and four upholstered dining chairs. I was given a window as to his arrival. He called to let me know he was on his way, and was very courteous,
and nicely dressed. He also offered helpful suggestions, got started right away, cleaned up any water on floors and left promptly when he was done.
I will use Zerorex for al my floor and upholstery cleaning needs. 5 star rating by me!
Rugs and tile floors are fresh after cleaning by Zerorez. Employees are courteous and professional.

The bedrooms where I spent loads of extra money to get rid of pet urine still smell like pet urine.
I bought the special buy 2 rooms get 2 free and a halland originally was quoted $130. When the guys got here they said it was extra to do pet pee stains! $75 a container. All of a sudden he was quoting me $700. That’s a huge difference I wasn’t expecting!!! I think you need to warn the customer that there will be additional charges. I thought the special including everything!
