Local company - really like no residue after carpet cleaning!
Your provider was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job cleaning our carpets and tile. We are very happy to have clean floors with no harsh chemicals.

The man who cleaned our dryer vent stuck with it until it came out, and it was really bad. He and his helper were nice and helpful. And they kept at it even in the awful heat and having to go in and out several times. Great job!

Wes called me at 1:45 saying he would be her in 15 minutes for our 2:00 appointment. He never showed or called back. At 2:45 I called the office. The dispatcher contacted Mike who showed up at 4:10. Mike was great and did a great job. I was disappointed that if I had not called back at 2:45, no one would have shown up at all.
After measuring our rooms Mike gave me an estimate. I was responding to an email offer saying 2 rooms for free if we purchased 2 rooms for $139. Mike told me that our family room measured closer to 400 sq ft and that would count as 2 rooms.
Mike then told me that a couple of years ago, 1 room was defined as 300 sq ft, then later one room was redefined as 250 sq feet and now one room is defined as 200 sq ft, I was surprised to hear this and I think that this is a very deceptive pricing practice. Our family room is a fairly standard size and the area being cleaned did not include the area under two couches which we did not move.
In the future, I will reconsider using your company because of what I feel are deceptive pricing practices.
Tech was great but in the past for the same area I was paying 150 for what I thought was odor removal etc..it was just a clean. This was a small area. So none of that was ever done by the other techs.
You don't use alot of chemicals.
The carpets look great! And the whole house smells so clean.

The carpet looks worse. I now have to take time out of my weekend to have them come out again. No one wants to have a job done wrong the first time
technician was on time and very professional. He did tell me of other cleaning services available, which I am interested in. He did a great job.
I will only use Luis to service our house! He is fantastic, efficient, thorough and fast. He gets the job done. The Zerorez water is amazing at removing dirt, grime, stains, and leaving zero residue this combined with Luis is the way to go!

Ruined the carpet in the living room with too much flooding and no return visit to extract more. Promise the next day to redo and send a manager to inspect the damage. Only another tech came, and he said a manager would call and come see the room. This tech said ZeroRez would redo or REPLACE that carpet. No one has even called! My cell number is Phone number removed. I stopped payment on the check. Not recommending this company to ANYONE. Name removed. Email address removed
