We were very happy with their service. It was easy to make an appointment online. The gentlemen arrived on time and got to work right away. They did an excellent job on some very dirty carpets. We were very pleased with the results!!

Water was left all over our tile, footprints from the tech all over the tile, didn’t use corner guards for the hose, left carpets crunchy.
Quick, thorough and effective! It’s not just a treatment and then leave like most carpet cleaners. They actually pick up the grossness so the carpets are clean and there’s no type of film left behind. Definitely recommend.

My carpet is still wet in several areas 29 hours later after leaving the fans on, left windows open during the night, and kept doors closed so we all stay off carpet for drying. The carpet is now darker than before and still crunchy after I just vacuumed it (after 29 hours). I think the water was applied but not throughly sucked back up. Not impressed Zerorez.

I love ZeroRes and I have been using them for years. Always on time and WOW my carpets are so clean. I love their ‘empowered’ water and buy the 2 gallon container to use on almost anything. You will be thrilled at the results.
