I need someone to contact me as soon as possible regarding damage caused during my recent carpet cleaning service. I recently had my entire home repainted in preparation for selling it, and the final service I scheduled was professional carpet cleaning, which cost me over $600.
Unfortunately, the technicians who cleaned my carpets left significant scuff marks and damage on my freshly painted baseboards throughout the home. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering the amount I paid for the service and the fact that the home had just been painted.
I am requesting that someone contact me ASAP to discuss how this damage will be rectified. I should not have to pay to repaint due to damage caused by the technicians while performing a service in my home.

The transformation in the tile in the house I just moved into was amazing! I wasn't prepared for just how dirty the floors were and how much the color of the tile changed once it was professionally cleaned!
My carpet looks great reasonably priced I used a coupon for a summer special that they emailed me. No odor left ...no upselling I recommend zerorez.

You did a great job on cleaning a very deep stain in my carpet
There were a lot of soapy borders left around the perimeter of every room and on the stairs. There are also some deep dirt spots left in the path of where the hose was dragged through our house. It seems like a final step was missed. Once I vacuumed everything, it seemed better. However, our stairs were soaking wet until well into the day after the clean.
I will say the carpets look and feel good now. I was just surprised about the mess left after the service.
I would also like to say that the technician was very friendly.

The service was very good and I believe the cost was quite fair.
I have always used zerorez, however the technician that came to my house this time was kind, communicative, had suggestions, did not push, was informative and respectful of my time and household. I appreciated that very much. I consider that extra, zerorez is always a good product and cleans well, the extra of this technician really made the experience different (better).
