Good customer service
I’ve used Zerorez many times for cleaning both carpets and tile surfaces. This time the results of my tile cleaning have been amazing; my tile looks practically new again. Michael was my tech and gave me appropriate notice when he was on his way, and I was never pressured to do anything that would add cost to my service. I like that no chemicals are used and the result is generally excellent.
Zach was excellent in every way.

Quality
No carpet raking in the high traffic areas, so post-cleaning those sections show no improvement. Damaged baseboards and staircase railing base in more than a dozen places. Was reasonably priced but not enough for the overall lack of improvement in the carpeting and all the damage. Will not sue Zerorez again.
Everything was great. I would suggest re-adding disposable booties for your employees when walking on freshly cleaned carpets.
Zerorez has cleared our capets, tile and grout. They employ people who are knowledgeable, hard working. They contact me before they get here, took about two hours to do two different jobs on two different occasions. I would recommend this company.
I had a great experience with ZeroRez. My carpets look and smell fresh and clean. My technician, DJ, was extremely courteous and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The operator on the phone said the tech would be able to get all "dirt stains" out. That was not the case as the tech explained to us. So my expectations were not managed well. Tech did as good a job as he could.
I only use Zerorez for all my floors. Best product for carpet and hard floor surfaces.
