Very disappointed. I hired your company for a home listing. The floors have a greasy film, while the carpets still look dirty. 1100$ down the drain.

You need to evaluate the emails that are sent out on a regular basis promoting the company and it's services. There is no distinction between existing/previous customers and new customers. Each email that I receive is worded as if I never had a previous relationship with Zerorez yet I have been a customer for years.
Time to update your marketing and acknowledge that potential new customers and existing customers are two different categories and should be marketed/contacted differently.
I've used Zerorez for years and haven't been disappointed once. This time, it was for my church, and the Pastor had a negative experience before with carpet cleaning, so he was hesitant. I encouraged him to use Zerorez, and the technician who came to clean told us how to make sure we didn't get any bad smells in the carpet. Today, the Pastor went to the church and was pleasantly surprised that there were no smells, so I can say that this experience has erased the past 10 years of trauma for him.

Great service. Service tech was prompt and phoned ahead of arrival. We were so impressed at how well our tile and grout turned out. When we weren't happy with the carpet, after it had dried, they came out to fix it and make it right. We will be returning customers.

Tech was great, quality of the work was great - I dont want this poor rating to reflect anything other than what I consider to be billing that makes NO SENSE and has definitely impacted whether or not I will call again.
The issue - I wanted one room done, so like $70, but there is a $100 minimum, which I understand and is totally fine. But I added a $70 pet treatment, in my mind clearing the $100 minimum spend. But instead of having a bill for ~$140 it was like $170 because the bill still had the upcharge to meet the minimum on there.
We use Zerorez regularly. Our carpets turn out so clean and makes the whole house smell so good. We have pets so its important we clean carpets regularly. I wouldn't trust the cleaning to anyone else!
They do the best they can to remove the dirt. This time, they cleaned my white tile with white grout and it looks great!

Ryan evaluated the areas and offered helpful recommendations for treating stains and eliminating odors. The entire process was quick, easy, and hassle-free, and my carpets look great. Excellent service from start to finish! I would definitely recommend Zerorez and will use them again in the future.
