Zach, the technician, called when he was 30 mins out just like I was told. He was efficient and informed of everything he was going to do. I asked him to go over the traffic areas a couple times and assured he would get those areas good. He was done in about 40 mins and my carpets looked great!! Very pleased with the service and the outcome!!
Nice man and good service
Missed a room. Didn’t clean carpet under beds even though space was cleared and ready. Probably the worst experience we’ve had with zerorez and we’ve been a customer for many years.
I am a Real Estate Agent and this is the second time that I have used Zerorez. Both times you did an excellent job. I will call you the next time that I need carpets cleaned. Nikko was assigned to take care of the job. He was friendly, told me what to expect and I will personally ask for him again.
Customer service is great
I love the fact the zerorez process leaves no residue and the actual process takes less time than "traditional" methods.
I have used Zerorez twice, and the techs are always amazing and on time. Now that I've moved to CO and I can also use Zerorez here, I will definitely do it!
My carpet looks and feels CLEAN! I was going to tile that room which is the only carpet in my home, instead I called ZeroRez and that was the best choice. Now I will just have the carpet cleaned when it needs it. The carpet is a good quality and no need to tile.
Tech did a great job and floors looked great
Charged me for work technician was explicitly told to NOT do. Unexplained fee charged. Poor quality work. Damage to base trim at front door … no apology, no explanation. High pressure sales tactic during follow-up estimate for additional work. Refund ($210) required for work I requested not be done.
I like that you don't use a lot of chemicals. My carpet looked so nice when the tech was done. He also did an excellent job on my very dirty kitchen floor. He was pleasant and professional and even helped out when a fire alarm went off in my guest room. There was no fire, but he took it down (he's tall) and tried to remove the battery but couldn't. Kudos to him for going above and beyond.

I have been using this company for years at least 15 years and the results are always the same. The carpet looks great. It does not stay wet forever usually dry within just a few hours and it stays looking great. I believe the price is reasonable and I’ve never had a problem with who comes to the house and does the work. They’re always willing to to make sure that I am satisfied with the work.
