Very happy with our Zerorez service. Technician did a great job and was very professional.

Really don’t see an appreciable difference in cleanliness in most spaces. Service technician was great, timely and helpful. That said, there are clearly locations where your machine wasn’t able to go flush with edging or flush with bed sides. I can see lines where the machine stopped but the dirt in the carpeting did not. I also do not like getting upsold to what essentially doubled the price. If I had impeccably cleaned carpeting perhaps the upscale would not be a problem. I will not chose zerorez again.
Everything about the process was fantastic from the scheduling; to the prices, to the work itself. Our technician was super professional and did a great job. the floor and carpet look like they did when we moved in 4 years ago.

When I called to set up my annual cleaning of two bedrooms, my quote was over $200. Furniture was not moved out of the bedroom so the amount of carpet being cleaned was minimal. I felt this quote was extremely high and was able to negotiate it down to $166.50 which I felt was still ridiculous for the amount of carpet being cleaned and the condition of the carpet was spotless. To keep my carpet warranty intact, I had you clean it. The following day, I received a coupon in the mail for 3 rooms for $129. I also have heard advertisements on the radio for $35 per room since my cleaning. The technician was great but the cost was completely unfair. You know what?The right thing is to do. We will see if you take action

The technicians seemed to do a great job and were so respectful and tidy. I was nervous to deal with having my ducts cleaned but they made the process easy and I’m very relieved.

You did a great job in cleaning our carpet but to clean a area rug you wanted $400 (Are you nuts) and take to a place that specialize in cleaning it then he came down on the price and cleaned for around $100

Efficient, high quality service with minimal disruption
The service technician, Chris England, was professional and knowledgeable about the service and work he was going to do. He pointed out certain things about the cleaning and the aftercare of the carpet and sofa that helped us in determining when it was a good time to walk on the carpet or sit on the sofa. Everything look like new for us when he was done. When we asked about other product, such as flooring, that he explained.
I could not have asked for a better technician to come out to our home and do the work.

The service was exceptional, the technician JD was very polite and professional and he was very kind and friendly and went above the call of duty to be sure we were satisfied with the service. I hope he's still with your company in 6 to 8 months when I want to have the service again, I will request him VR technician. I have used the company for last 4 years and I am always satisfied with how clean the carpeting and or furniture or after the cleaning. I even recommended your company to my brother who lives in the state of Washington and he also was satisfied with your service.
Our technician was thorough in getting the job done as quickly as possible! Great service! Products leave no chemical smells behind! Carpets dried quickly and are very soft - even for OLD carpets!
