We had a spot on the couch where my kids left clear putty. No color at all but it left some dried putty in the fabric. We booked zero Rez to try and get it out, and some actually did. There is some left and I wish tech would have kept working at it a little. Given it more attention as I think it would have all come off.
Service guy showed up earlier than expected which was great . He explained everything in detail.
He worked very hard and the Tile floors looked like new. I definitely recommend zeroes.
I’ve used zerorez for many years. They’re excellent. I like the fact no chemicals this last time. Isaiah was excellent very very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Just answer questions that I had. I’ve had my floors. Also done the tile again. Very good job. I first knew about ZEROREZ many years ago on KFYI radio and I thought I would try it!! I recommend Zerorez always!!

Great way to clean rugs. And the upholstery protectant they put on our dining room chairs was amazing. Within a few months had a party, friend spilled red wine on one of the chairs, we all looked in shock, I grabbed a damp cloth and all the wine disappeared. Never knew anything happened. So happy with that.
We have our carpets cleaned every 6 months, doing for many many years. Highly recommend.

The Tech was very nice & did a super job
I would love to have been able to give you a 10 on this service date, but your technician had told my wife about a soda stain or tea stain on the carpet in the master bedroom and it was faint and I figured that it would be taken care of. After the carpet dried the stain was there, well the carpet is 100% polyester, which should not retain the stain once it’s clean. I sprayed on some Folex and was able to get rid of the stain in seconds. I’m not sure why the tech was not able to get it out, but I got it out which is why I only gave you a nine. As far as what I love about the Services, there’s no soap or chemicals which can actually do damage to carpet fibers. Other than that, I would highly recommend your company to friends, family, and associates.
No soap is used. 3 step process and tech was very knowledgeable and did a great job our rugs look great!
