Carpets always come out clean and soft. Takes about 24 hours for full dry using a few fans. The techs always do great work. If something does not look good they always follow up which is great. Our recent tech Mr. T did a fantastic job. We have used Zerorez for 10 + years and will continue to do so.
The technician was extremely polite and thorough and did an excellent job on the carpet and tile (grout looks like new). Thank you

Rob was fantastic! He was really thorough and took his time and went over every inch of our furniture and carpets. Everything looks terrific thanks to his meticulous work. The extra steps Zerorez takes to clean carpet and tile make a difference. Not all companies include these when they perform their services.
