Techs are very personable and knowledgeable in what they do.
Very straightforward, down to earth. Mike listened to every word I said and responded above and beyond all expectations. Have been using Zerorez for many years. I am embarrassed to say that we have strayed to other "carpet cleaning deals" and always end up going back to Zerorez because of the quality and reliability. Scheduling is absolutely the easiest process ever. They are not necessarily the cheapest, but the quality of the service they provide is second to none.

I was amazed how clean the grout on my tile was when she was thru. Also the carpets looked like new, though 15 years old. Had the service done just prior to moving. I believe this will help our house sell!!!
Results not as good as it used to be. Cleaning was not very deep. Perhaps the technician is just going too fast or not using enough water. I used to swear by zerorez but the last two times I have not been impressed. I had to clean several stops after he left and the water extracted from my machine was not clean.
I really like the fact that you don’t use any harsh chemicals. I also was incredibly impressed with your technician Michelle Valentine. She was very professional and did a fantastic job on our carpets. I will continue to use you and will refer your company to all my friends and neighbors. I also will recommend Michelle. A big thank you goes out to her.

The tech was very thorough. He communicated well and gave us the options we had.
His attention to detail, good results with cleaning as well as explaining why some areas of high traffic areas are darker than undisturbed areas.
The tech who came was very knowledgeable and thorough. We had a tough carpet and he knew what to do.
