The carpet just wasn't as clean as I expected.you can tell still where higher traffic area are. I wasn't expecting that. I will have to try to get the spits clean myself

Hired to clean our dryer vent, expecting to find a very dirty duct. The pipe had been painted shut for over 5 months. Fortunately, that wasn’t the case. It was squeaky clean. Since it wasn’t much work for the guys, they offered an HVAC misting treatment at no charge.

We paid for a 3 room special and the tech cleaned 1 room. We were hopeful to have him include the stairs as the other 2 rooms but he said that would be an additional charge. In the end, he cleaned 1 room, left spots in it so that my wife had to get some stain remover to remove the stains herself. Feels like we made a charitable contribution to ZeroRez
The guy told me it was going to cost way more than I planned on. I paid a lot and can still see pet spots after it dried

Zero Rez is the best carpet cleaning company you can hire! Their process is excellent at getting carpets clean with no yucky chemicals left behind. But what truly stood out was the amazing technician that showed up to clean our carpets. Mike is hands down the best tech! He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and went above and beyond! I will definitely be using Zero Rez again and I, without a doubt, will be asking for Mike!
