The duct cleaning we had done was great. But our carpet cleaning had a hiccup, our master bedroom and closet took two full days to dry completely.

Zero Rez has always been known to us by cleaning carpets without making them feel so wet. My husband challenged this on our last cleaning. He wants to know if the process changed? If you have to clean harder does that mean you use more water? Our carpets look good however he has a point that I would love to be clarified.

I apologize I have since forgotten the name of the man that cleaned our area rug. He did a fantastic job!! I will definitely use Zerorez again!

Paid extra for carpet deodorizer for one room. That room is the only one that smells.
Called Zerorez to discuss this, was told deodorizer is not guaranteed to work.

$75.00 extra for one room deodorizer and only that room smells

The carpet cleaning itself was very satisfactory; the issue I have is that after the technician mopped the tile surrounding the areas with carpet and it dried the technicians shoe prints are visible in the areas. I tried mopping the areas several times and with the light shining on the areas, the shoe prints are still there. I really don't want to have to look at these shoe prints for the rest of my life.

They communicate. They’re on time and they do an amazing job.

Price for deodorizer was $140 and price of cleaning was &129 for two rooms. I was a little shocked at final invoice.

The tech was on time and very professional and friendly. He followed all my instructions and my home smells and looks great.

I thought it was really weird that the cleaning professional had no booties and refused to remove his dirty shoes while cleaning our house. Never before have I had a Carpet Cleaning company that has discontinued booties as part of their services. Overall, my carpets are clean, but I found that whole experience very strange.
