Cleanest carpets, dries fast, fair price

We had our tile and grout cleaned in a 2450 square foot house. I was told it would take approximately 4 hours and the technician was done in 2 hours. There were areas of the grout that look like they were never cleaned. We previously had our grout cleaned and sealed about 18 months prior to this cleaning. I think if the technician had taken his time the results would have been better.

Joseph and the Zerorez team did a great job. Joseph was prompt, courteous and professional. Our carpet is clean and soft and refreshed again.Our couches and chair feel like new again.

Nico changed our quote to $100+ more, walked on our new carpet without protectors over his black wet / dirty shoes, didn’t protect our new master bedroom carpet from his dirty shoes and equipment when accessing the master bathroom, left our front door wide open for all the flies to come in (Stanley stemmer placed a barrier across the front door….i should have used them again!), rushed thru the job, did not use the grout brush on our grout, flooded our tile floors and adjacent carpet. When he said he was done questioned him on how the grout was still dirty and about using the brush… he got annoyed and said that he would have to scrub to get it clean. He could have used the scrub brush he had lying on the floor the entire time. Isn’t that the reason he was there? My wife at that point just wanted him out of our house.

I would like a refund and zeroez to replace replacing our damaged carpet and pad. Cost us $460 to still have dirty tile / grout and now the need to replace damaged carpet and pad.

Our technician was very thorough and extremely polite. I love that our carpet ries so quickyly and doesn't become "crunchy" from chemicals.

Aggressive attempt at sales. The worker wanted me to purchase deodorizer , he said my carpet smelled like urine. This is incorrect no one urinated on my carpet. My granddaughter spilled a drink in her room. The employee is the one that had body odor he smelled like urine. He left a mess in my hallway. I was not happy with the service. My carpet didn’t seem clean when he was done.

No one showed upon my appointment day and time (May 1st 2-5pm) and no phone call. When I called at 4:30, it was "after hours" and an answering service took my message: Where was my serviceman?? I got a call back from Joshua who was working that day but was not my original assigned serviceman. He did agree to some to my house late to do the job which I appreciated since I had moved all my furniture in advance. Thanks to Joshua, the job was completed by 6pm. It made for an extremely long day for him!

The tile was cleaned to satisfaction but I paid top dollar for the additional shine/gloss on the marble tile and I am very disappointed on how that turned out.

We just had someone at our home this past Thursday and the guy was kind and did a good job however pricing was really a stretch and how to “measure” was ridiculous. 200sq feet is 20x10 area… so if one area is 260sq ft and one is a 24 sq ft and another is similar, why would you not puzzle the room and consider the tiny spaces one room as a whole? I don’t think each little section should be separate as another room seems insane to charge for 4 additional rooms when total added up I technically have two rooms. The over size kitchen island subtracted from the actual sq ft is a huge portion of that calculation. I was going to just let it be but the morning after we had the carpets and tile cleaned even our kids were asking what is that smell?… the downstairs smelt like I was in a petsmart. The technician said when he came in he didn’t smell anything resembling pets so I did not want the pet stain and odor protection as I have always green machine any spots as they happened but my goodness whatever smell that we woke up to was very foreign and not from our carpets. Even the tile smelt awful until I had mopped and vacuumed the entire downstairs. I’m not sure if the hoses and equipment is just gross with everyone else’s stink or what but I will try another company next time it’s needed. Nothing on the technician he was kind and helpful.

Anthony was very nice to work with. explained things but then accepted my decision on what I wanted done.

Dennis did an excellent job on our two rooms and stairs especially removing stains. He was efficient and courteous and i would request him again. Best of all he didn't try to up-sell us on every available option. But he did tell us about treatments for lixury vinyl flooring which was helpful.
