Water based system. Joshua G. Was on time and gave adequate notice of when he would arrive. He was very thorough and spent time making my carpets look bright and clean again.

The guy said he got all of the stains out of stairs, charged me extra to scotch guard but stains are all reappearing as carpet dries.
The carpet (and upholstery) comes out so clean, without a damp, musty smell in the house nor the roughness or “crunch” that detergent leaves behind. Also, it’s safer for pets, children and allergy sufferers.

Friendly and professional
Never got a receipt. Charged $150 fee and I can’t see the receipt. What gives? No protective booties to walk on the carpet. Lets me know other guys wouldn’t have taken the job, but he will do it. Let’s me know, not moving the car once he starts.
