I like that you don't use chemicals and that your pricing is competitive. I really liked your last special price of $119! The technicians are always friendly and professional and it doesn't take them a long time to do the job. The carpet never feels "crunchy" afterwards either.

Clean carpet with no soap residue. He cleaned my tile this time. It has a texture that collects dirt. It came out sparkling clean, same with the sealed grout. The powerful machine used for the tile cleans better than anything I could do myself. Dodger was conscientious and did a great job.

On time and did a very good. Only major problem was the pricing of the couch. Total bill went to over $400.00. Hope I never have to have the couch done again.
Please call me, I am unhappy with specific stains that I feel should’ve been able to come up. When I reviewed after technician was done I could not see them but now carpet is dry, they’re still very visible.
The gentleman that came to clean our carpets was very professional and efficient. He did a great job and we would welcome him back.

The only thing I would have liked to see, is shoe covers. We don’t wear shoes in the house, our technician wore shoes without covers. Kinda was weird since I was getting the carpets cleaned. I was not informed of how the service would go, just the products that would be used. After the fact I got a run down of what could happen and did happen to the carpet (such as discoloration due to old pet urine). I would have liked that info before he started, that wouldn’t have changed my mind, I just wanted the info before. Not after.

The service was fine. However I was quoted $250 over the phone but was charged over $350. Also, why is tipping requested? Are these hourly employees that earn less than minimum wage?

Exceptional care, very knowledgeable on product and care of carpeting. Very easy to schedule appointments with, The technician who came out to do the cleaning was wonderful, she is knowledgeable of the products and clear about what she will be doing and recommendations to consider in regard to handling spots, stains and animal ooopsies. Her customer service skills are top notch. I would recommend zerorez to anyone who wants quality, without a lot of chemicals, and amazing customer service.

We've used Zerorez many times. This last time was such a great experience. Our technician Tamare let us know he was on his way and arrived on time. I explained what areas we needed cleaned and we had some tape adhesive on the carpet that I wasn't sure if it could be removed. After he cleaned the areas all the adhesive was gone and we were so happy with the results! He was really professional and courteous and wore booties over his shoes as well! Thank you Tamare for such a great experience and making our carpet look brand new again!
