The technician did an excellent job and the carpets were completely dry by 7PM just like he said when leaving around 1PM.

Reasonable price, great scheduling and the young man was very professional and friendly. There were a few minor stains still present after the cleaning but overall it looks much better.
Thorough cleaning and no crusty residue
The tech was great, showed up within the time window we were given, explained everything, and did a great job cleaning the carpets in 3 bedrooms that had black spots that suddenly showed up and kept spreading. We were looking for zero-residue cleaning since previous professional carpet cleaners had used cleaning products leaving residue that attracted more dirt.
We felt the price was reasonable, until the extra charge to tackle the black spots doubled the price! We'll tear out the carpet before we pay that much again. But as far as the cleaning is concerned, it looks great and we're hoping the spots stay gone after paying a premium for the cleaning.
Seat cushions streaked, stains still remain on armrests, spots missed on back cushions, and sides of the recliner foot rests not cleaned.

Technician on time, quick, tidy, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable. Product used did not leave any fragrance or smell, which is very important. However, price was double the initial quote. Was a bit difficult to know the number to call for appointment . Making on line appointment was encouraged but difficult if one has questions.

The rug was is silk and the person who cleaned it treated it as synthetic and therefore the color bled and now the rug looks horrible

Making the appointment on the phone went well, communications for the appointment confirmation and reminder were timely, and it was easy to adjust the time for the appointment. The young man who cleaned our carpets was professional and friendly. He explained things clearly and did a nice job with our carpets.

I’ve been a loyal Zerorez customer for 7 years. Yesterday my technician was Michelle & she was the Absolute Best! Her careful attention to detail & friendly demeanor was a breath of fresh air! She knocked it out of the park & my floors have never looked better!
Your upholstry cleaning was flawless. The tech came in , explained everything and was out in an hour. He cleaned 5 chairs that were 100% fabric covered. They look fantastic and the price was the best part. I will recommend to all my friends.
They are clean and free of chemicals
I love your customer service, and the curtosey of your carper cleaners. Juan went above and beyond to explain, what was happening and how each step would improve my carpet. I also that that on older carpets, (I am a renter) everytime I have Zerorez clean my carpet is comes out more and more beautiful. I can only assume it's because the magic water draws more of the chemicals that have been put in it over the years out of the fibers. Oh and one last mention, I adore the powered water, it cleans everything in my house without causing me to have an asthma attack. Thank you

Service technician was excellent! My chair that he cleaned looks like new! He also quickly cleaned the seats on my 4 bar stools that had never been cleaned before - and they look like new. My husband had a stain on the seat of his chair that he cleaned and now it looks like new also.
He came within the window you quoted and called to let us know that he was on his way when he was a few minutes away. He was polite and nice to have in our home.
Only thing was that the invoice was wrong - we did not have a standard rug cleaning - NO rug at all to be cleaned. We did have the seats of the 4 bar stools and my husband's chair. He cleaned these since we were paying $80 more for just coming out. Not sure why the $1.75 was on the invoice but we paid it because we were so happy with everything.
Zerorez always does a nice job. He told me his name was on the invoice, but I didn't see it. I only saw that T was on his way. I would like to have him the next time I have the carpets cleaned. Thank you - Name removed
