No chemicals
Seamless scheduling process and technician was great!

Love the fact that there are no chemicals used, just specially treated water as the cleaning agent. We were very impressed with Mike Power's work (our carpet looked really good after his cleaning) and his educational information regarding your product/services. We will be calling on Mike again soon for additional cleaning services.
We had a great experience with Zerorez from start to finish. The entire process was incredibly easy. They came out to our facility, gave us an estimate, and when we were ready to move forward, scheduling was literally one quick phone call.
They checked in with us before arriving, showed up as scheduled, and did a very thorough job. Everything looked super clean when they were finished, and we were really happy with the results.
Professional, easy to work with, great communication, and excellent work. We would definitely recommend Zerorez and will absolutely use them again!

Always feel the carpet really gets clean

The service man was excellent, friendly, clean. He showed me a blacklight of where there was dog urine stains on our carpet. He suggested a $70 deodorizer to help get the smell out. Unfortunately, after the carpet dried, the smell is worse and the stains are still visible by blacklight.
After a rocky start with getting here the service was great & job well done.

Zerorez did a great job on the Air Ducting & Dryer Cleaning. On time and preformed the cleaning efficiently & promptly.

The technician who came to my home to clean my rugs, sofa, and tile was exceptional, polite, courteous, professional, and clearly committed to doing a great job.
Unfortunately, his van had several equipment issues that were completely beyond his control. The pressure wasn’t working properly, so he had to leave to get a replacement. Ultimately, a new van had to be dispatched because of additional equipment problems.
Despite all the setbacks, he remained professional, patient, and courteous throughout the entire experience. Had it not been for the repeated equipment and vehicle issues, this would have been an excellent experience from start to finish.
I would absolutely recommend the technician himself and appreciate how he handled a frustrating situation that was clearly not his fault.
Mike was very knowledgeable and shared some great tips for in between cleaning maintenance. I am very happy with the results and will continue to use Zeroreze for my cleaning needs!

We have several rental houses in the area, and have come to rely on Zerorez for our between-tenant carpet cleaning. If Zerorez cant't get that stink out of the carpet...replace the carpet. And they are not cost prohibitive. We have used their service several times, and will continue to do so... Thank you Zerorez!
