Our technician, Trayon B., was excellent! He was very personable and did an outstanding job on our carpet. We will request his service again the next time around. Zerorez also gives a military discount which is a nice bonus.
The cleaning was fine and technician was very conscience.
Price is great--They clean all the carpets in my warehouse offices and get every stain out beautifully. The tech is professional and so fast! They accommodate the times we need them to come out and are on time or early every time- And best of all the carpet is dry within a few hours. I am very happy with our decision to switch over to ZEROREZ.

Pricing is too high. Offer better deals. I.e. Three 5x7 area rugs for $150-200. Price is what would keep me from recommending to others. Love results of the cleaning that I have had done in the past. Love that there are no chemical residues.

This is a great service to use for carpet cleaning. The scheduling set up was easy when I called. The pricing options are reasonable. Anthony who showed up to do the service was professional, timely and courteous. All of their additional deep cleaning pet/stain services were explained and fees laid out before the service. Highly recommend. No issues and the results are fantastic. Zero res-ervations about recommending.

The gentleman who came to clean our carpet was fantastic. His name was Keith B. and he made our carpet look new again. The product used along with the steam was fantastic. Carpet was dry within 6 hours. I had a large coffee stain that was a week old and there isn't a trace of stain left. I loved the carpet again!!
They do a great job and are very professional.
Too many instructions of moving light furniture and having to vacuum all carpets before, other companies moved the small items of furniture, small chairs, tables etc, not heavy pieces obviously. On the day the guy told me my bedroom was considered oversized and therefore counted as two rooms, I said no as I was never told that. Two of my carpets still had small stains that I actually removed with resolve by myself afterwards. I also felt the company is overpriced compared to others I’ve used.

Nicholas was fantastic… he showed up right on time and went right to work. He made our couch look and smell brand new which is a miracle because we have a black lab and a little mutt that basically live on the couch.
I love that they use no chemicals whatsoever. E will definitely recommend and use this company again.
