When we asked about the cost of cleaning a rug her gave us and estimate and did it without making us wait for another appointment. I liked the promptness of my services and the friendliness of the technician. The carpets turned out great. I did notice some residue after drying on the tile causing spots so I had to mop after cleaning, which I wasn’t thrilled about.

I was very disappointed in the pricing. I was most disappointed in how wet the carpets were when the technician left. We’ve use Zerorez before in Washington State and the carpets were always perfect when they left. Slightly damp I understand, but not wet for hours, with both ceiling fans and a floor fan on, in dry Arizona. Totally not expected.

Carpets look and feel great. My Technician, Keith, was pleasant, efficient, helpful. He is an asset to your business. I would definitely request him again!
