How clean and soft the carpets feel afterwards.
I like that the technician showed up on time, gave me a rundown of how everything would go, treated my house with care and did a GREAT job. My tile and carpet look amazing. Zerorez may not be the cheapest but it's worth paying more for a good quality job.

prices are super high. we have minimal carpet and pay full price for a room which is crazy.
My son threw up in his door way on our brand new carpet (new build-we hadn’t even been in the home a month) I was referred to Zerorez by a friend. Called and set up an apt. Told them about the stain and they recommended an extra treatment for vomit. Tech came out. Friendly guy. Told him to do what he needed to do. I paid an extra fee for a topical treatment (which I guess is for smell) but come to find out, the tech should’ve done a deeper more costly treatment. I didn’t know the difference but trusted my tech’s discretion. Anyway, the stain has resurfaced. I called to see what could be done. Lady on the phone tells me if the tech would’ve done the right treatment from the beginning the stain wouldn’t be resurfacing.. Um, what? I’m not the carpet expert here. My tech had permission to do what he thought would best to treat the (small) stain. She tells me they can come back out and I pay the difference (what my cost would’ve been had they done it correctly the first time- 245$!) so I would be paying 110$ more for them to come out and do it the way they should’ve done it the first time.. Mind you the stain barely takes up the space of a small door mat. What she should’ve said is they are sorry the tech didn’t do the correct treatment and they will come out and take care of it no charge. Doesn’t make me feel warm and fuzzy to know they should’ve done things different initially and then I’d have to pay more money to have them do it right. I’m disappointed. I work in real estate and was hoping to have a carpet cleaning company to use/refer to clients for years to come. Bummer!
Products didn’t have an odor and cleaned the carpets really well. Service person was very professional, polite and prompt.
I am a first-time but not last time customer. From my initial call to schedule an appointment to the end of the carpet/upholstery cleaning service the customer service was exceptional. I spoke to four different Zerorez employees during those interactions. Evan cleaned our carpet, two couches and 8 dining room chairs. From the time he stepped foot in my house he was very friendly and professional. He reviewed the services and fees I requested and explained his approach on the cleaning that was very methodical. Do the dining room chairs first in the dining room because he would be cleaning the carpet in the dining room so if any water got on the carpet, it would be cleaned later. Evan checked the couch and dining room chairs to see what they were made of which would assist him on how to clean them again very methodical. Evan checked in with me and my husband as he progressed in his cleaning to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We were extremely satisfied. The Zerorez ads are very accurate because there was no residue and felt very clean. My carpet and upholstery have never been so clean. I have used many carpet cleaning companies in the past and they do not compare to Zerorez service, customer service and cleaning quality. I would highly recommend Zerorez and Evan to family and friends. Thank you!
My tile and grout is noticeably cleaner with no chemical smells and very little downtime. My tech was professional and informative. Overall a great experience!

Due to my request being last minute, Zerorez came asap within the same day that I requested. The technician was very professional and even showed up early and finished early. My carpet is beautiful, I don't even want to walk on it.
