Outcome of cleaning/ everything looks brand new
I was very happy with the service and cleaning. But when they arrived they could not honor my online estimate that I was given.. I’d have to pay 100$ more- so end the end I had to remove 1 of my rooms to stay within my estimate. I wasn’t to happy about that. But what they did do was great….. I’d just say honor your estimates given. 10x10 area rug is not the same cost as a 10x10 empty room… area rugs cost 3 times more, that just doesn’t make sense to me?? That’s the most I ever been charged for a area rug.

No residue left after cleaning carpets
The technician was very nice but the cleaning process left a lot to be desired. All the carpet edges, where they met the tile, were still very dirty. It took me an hour, on my hands and knees, blotting up the excess water and the grime that was not vacumned up. This was especially irksome as I had paid the two room price for what was actually less than 100 square feet.
The service techs were very professional, courteous and polite. They did a wonderful job in cleaning our 2 bedroom and master closet carpets. However, the drying time for the master closet carpet took over 56 hours to dry. It is not the first time we have used your service at our current residence. It took an extraordinary timer the carpet in the master closet to dry. The other two bedroom carpet dried within 24 hours. Perhaps the moisture for the master closet carpet was not fully sucked out but the machine? Not sure. Please advise. Thank you

I have cream colored carpet and I am always amazed how clean Zerorez gets them. Especially the hallway where we track in from outside. I always use Zerorez.
Although my carpet took a very long time to dry (some sections were still damp the next morning), the carpet feels cleaner and looks better. No crunchy carpet at all - it actually feels softer? The "wet carpet smell" is gone and it just feels better knowing its clean. I kind of which I could have seen the water and stuff that was extracted, but i can definitely tell it made a difference.

Make sure that carpet is suctioned of water completely, technicians shoud wear carpet slippers and rake well after finished, not just a few rakes and done.

Tech was knowledgeable and worked hard. We had a good experience using your company. I really liked being able to schedule online and knew how costs up front. I would have liked the option online to select an oversized room which I didn't see.
