We needed tile steam cleaned and sealed before moving into a home we just purchased. Our tech was on time, very polite, and friendly. He did a great job. The tile looked much nicer when he was finished, but there were still some areas of stained grout.

The technician was very friendly but when asked if I can move a small mattress he said he had already done that room and he also missed every closet in the small bedrooms which very small spaces. Overall the job was ok but I think it could haven been better.
Customer service. Your technician knew more than any other technician from other companies I’ve used. He was also prompt and courteous- all the while training a new employee. I was very impressed, and had been looking forward to this email to give him recognition, but of course I don’t recall his name.

The light brown streaks made as a result of cleaning didn’t go away as technician told us they would. These were not here before.
We understood the shoe polish spot could not be removed. It was the only stain as we have no pets or children in the house.
Also, I forgot to remind him about the closet. Don’t think he did it, however, as I keep the house clean, he may have cleaned it.
Considering the cost, I was disappointed

I like the fact that the carpet dries in half the time and that the stains do not come back. All of the technicians that have ever been to my house to clean the floors have been very professional and friendly.
after letting everything dry my wife and i noticed we can still see the area we most wanted clean. the carpet was just 6 months old and we were hoping the area could look like the rest again.
