carpets soft and clean- don't develop spots again soon after cleaning
Zerorez employees are extremely professional, do an amazing job, and do not leave until they know you are satisfied with their work. Dramatic difference from the average carpet cleaning.

We have used Zerorez 4 times in the last 4 yrs. I heard about them on Barry Young's show on KFYI. I tell everyone about them. The results are fantastic! Our carpet is old, but they make it look new. The tech they send is personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and just plain fun!! We are extremely impressed with this company.
Responsive staff to planning. Difficult for me to coordinate, but handled well by staff. Too soon to tell if cleaning will help allergies or if cleaning is experienced by me as clean "er".

I did not find it to be any different (did not clean any better) than COIT or Stanley Steamer. The gentleman that came was very nice and did he job well but I still don't see any difference from the others I've used.

The price was very reasonable and person who did cleaning was very courteous. We bought a foreclosed condominium and carpets had a lot of stains by pets. But now the carpets feel very fresh and all the stains are gone!

The technician worked very efficiently. We are extremely pleased with how our carpet turned out. As my wife and daughter describes the carpet..."fluffy". Would use Zerorez again.

I was confused as to how much I would have to pay to receive the full treatment of zerorez. I thought just $149 but then when the associate arrived, it was $225.00. I was bummed. Now I guess Zero Rez has decided if you want the full service you must pay $225 for 3 rooms not the $149 I was told on phone. They do an excellent job, I was just confused about the price.
