Basically our landlord felt the work was not good and had the w I rk redone.

My carpets were not very dirty even Rob commented on how clean and easy it would be, but I had 2 -4 spots ....one of each in 2 bedrooms which didn't come out .......I did mention and show him after he cleaned them and he said it was something to do with the carpet. After carpets were dry I went in there with resolve spot cleaner and cleaned them right up.......so little disappointed you couldn't get them clean.

Clean, no products, chemicals, doesn’t damage carpet. Great service, easy to schedule, affordable, no hidden fees. The only thing I would like to improve…is the smell. We have dogs, so for the first day after the cleaning the house smells like wet dog. I wish there was some type of deodorizer.

You do a great job, price is always accurately quoted. I do wish you site had the costing for the granite cleaning and sealing and bathroom. I also would love to be sent any specials or discounts for repeat customers.

I like the fact that you do not use soap when cleaning carpets. I do feel that you can never get all of the soap out of the carpets and it leaves a residue and probably attaches to dirt more readily.
The last person from Zerorez who came to clean our carpets was very professional, so I like that, also.

I feel like your prices seem a little high. I thought you used to offer specials on tile cleaning but haven’t heard about one in a long time.

Tile treatment left the kitchen and bathrooms like new, staff was friendly helpful and easy to work with and around for the cleaning, they planned out sections allowing us to move furniture and get the most out of the clean. Thank you Mitchel and Matt.

The payment process is ridiculous. I've never dealt with the company where I had to be available the very moment that the workers arrived. I tried every way I could to pay in advance, because I was flying the day the carpet cleaning was originally scheduled. But I was told no we better reschedule it because I had to be available by phone. This is not at all customer friendly. I'm also not happy that you didn't take American express.
On the bright side our house sitters said the carpets looked fantastic! And so I really appreciate the great work that was done. just not the payment process.
