The carpets look nice. The price quoted turned out to be wrong because it was extra for the master closet- that's fine because it's good-sized- but maybe that should be a question when setting up service.
From start to finish you did a fabulous job in communication, flexibility and quality work. The office staff was friendly and helpful, the estimator listened to concerns and the person who came to clean was efficient, thorough, and communicated with me from start to finish.
