I had a particular stain that I wanted out. After the session was over, it was gone and great. It’s already back. I had the cleaning done Friday and by Saturday afternoon it was back. Very disappointing for the $128 I spent.
I love the friendly, professional service provided by Zerorex and the fact there is no residue left behind. Such a nice clean and fresh scent, that's all.
Unfortunately my sofa was not cleaned properly.

The additional cost from $200 to $500 was quite a shock to say the least!

I just love Zerorez! Michael Beard did such an awesome Job! He was very professional and knowledgeable and took pride and great care in my carpet. When he finished my carpets looked brand new and my base boards and tile just sparkled. I will always use Zerorez and request Michael. 😊
We have used many companies to clean our carpet. We even did it ourselves, and nothing compares to Zerorez. With other companies the dirty appearance comes back within a month. With Zerorez our carpet appearance stays looking like new.
