The operator was very cordial and accommodating, but the carpet is streaked and looks like the steam was recycling the dirt coming from the carpet. The carpet is now all streaked.

The technician got here on time, was very pleasant and completed the job quickly. Unfortunately, the walk-in closet I was billed for looks no better than it did before the cleaning, and there are spots on places on the family room carpet that are still darker than the rest.
I noticed that in the past, when ZeroRez has cleaned my carpets it took up to two, full days for the carpet to dry.
This time, the carpet was dry within hours.

I was in a bind with our Airbnb where a guest left a stain on our bed and carpet and I had another guest coming in the same day. Zerorez was super responsive and was able to get in ASAP. The tech Cody Amos was especially incredible! He was super communicative and caring about the space.
