My carpet was thoroughly cleaned and not feeling crunchy.
It is always refreshing to have zerorez come in and do their magic. We have had at least three different young men clean our carpets.All of them have been pleasant and thorough leaving our carpets fresh and spot free. Thank you, Richard and Name removed

I was very pleased with the service. I like the idea of no soap products.
Paid over $250 extra to remove pet odor and it didn't work at all. Now have to replace all of the carpet after paying over $500 for carpet cleaning. Technician worked hard and felt that he could remove the stains/smell but to no avail.
The original tech you sent out did a horrible job, he knocked over my wife’s computer which I later found out about. Maybe screen the tech a little better next time.
The second person who came out to correct the problem did a wonderful job and we are very pleased we will use you again.
He came right on time and was very attentive to the needs of our carpet. He was here until the carpets were cleaned and was very efficient. We will call Zerorez the next time we need our carpets and rugs cleaned.

on time, communicated well on our floor cleaning situation, did a good job, and was efficient. We would use Zerorez again, as we have in the past, and ask for Ceasar again.
