My carpet cleaner, Sullivan, showed up on time. I did not have to wait and that means a lot. He was polite and explained what he would be doing and I had no doubts about anything. He cleaned a 20 year old chair and made it look like new. My carpet is 17 years old, not worn, but he made it look like new also. Im getting new carpet in part of my house but if I had known what a great job he did, I would have waited and had him to clean the whole house. The service and the product you use is great. I would never use another company for any cleaning of carpets, tile or furniture. I'm a regular customer and always will be.

We were expecting an $800 carpet and tile cleaning that turned into $1,800. We were not told ahead of time that any spots that come up on black light would cost an extra $75 per spot. Definitely felt like a bait and switch. Josh did a good job though.
